Highly recommended company

One very minor area for improvement which belongs with the manufacturer. Assembly instruction booklet referred to parts alphabetically - assembly parts supplied were numerical - not too difficult to work out but could lead to using incorrect part...

Robert gave me excellent advice, helped me understand what would meet my needs, researched where I could find it. I was sad that I had to go to another supplier to purchase it but I can’t thank him enough for his kindness and courtesy whilst giving me tremendous ‘customer service’.

I ordered a Serene swivel chair which due to no fault of Mobility Products they were unable to deliver as per their original date.
I had spoken with Robert Whitchurch about this and he really went
'The Extra Mile' to come up with an alternative which he was able to supply almost on the original delivery date rather than me having to wait until end of October for the one I had ordered first of all.
It really was refreshing to deal with such an obliging and helpful man, his manner in dealing with customers is a lesson that many others could well benefit from,
I would have no hesitation at all in recommending Mobility Products 4 U, and Robert, to anyone thinking of using them.

Robert kept in touch with us following my orders, to let us know how they were progressing and expected delivery date. Both items arrived in good time. The delivery chaps were gentlemen, even took away the wrapping and checked all was in good condition on arrival. After a demonstration and information on guarantee etc. I am finally having a good nights sleep and comfort during the day too (due to my condition) I can sincerely recommend this gentleman". I needed a 4’ adjustable customised bed so I contacted Robert at Mobility 4U. After some discussion we settled on the bed I now enjoy. The deal was slightly complicated by the fact that my house has what I can only describe as a cantankerous stair case. The delivery guys’ first attempt failed so the ever reassuring Robert arranged for a flatpacked base to be delivered. This went smoothly and I have to say that at all times Robert was easy to contact and quick to understand any problems. I would certainly recommend Mobility Products 4U for any mobility needs certainly as long as that gentlemanly Robert is at the helm. My sincere thanks.

I am delighted with my adjustable bed and the advice I had originally from Robert when I was exploring the possibility of buying one. Once ordered, it was 2-3 weeks and the delivery was excellent. The delivery team were polite, helpful and professional, assembling the bed for me and showing me the operation of it. Nothing was too much trouble..they even took away all the packaging I am especially pleased with the quality of materials used , the mattress is superb and I have no hesitation in recommending other people to your products. Robert was so friendly and helpful - a true gentleman. He made it all very easy, ordered our chosen chair and White Glove service for us, had it delivered very quickly, and then called to ask if everything had gone well. 10/10 for everything. Brilliant.

Robert is a delight to deal with and the leather chairs we bought have surpassed expectations, are of high quality and are sooooo comfy.

Because of some minor in-transit damage to one chair, Robert immediately arranged for a replacement to be sent. He always responded very quickly to emails and kept in touch throughout.

Good old fashioned personal and professional customer service like this is very hard to come by, especially when internet shopping. If you are thinking of buying here, I am certain that you will not be disappointed.
