I can honestly say from the moment Graham came out to value the house, to Sarah and Jo conducting the viewings and Michelle completing the sale, I was kept up to date with everything and they were very caring and understanding as it was a sad sale, right up until we exchanged. Called to arrange a viewing of a Cardiff rental property which had been listed with another agent who never returned our calls or set up any viewings. Spoke to Elli who was friendly and polite, took my details and emailed me details within minutes. She organised a viewing very quickly and was a pleasure to deal with. I wish all estate agents were as professional and proactive as Elli and I highly recommend her services.

Was able to find a lovely little flat for me and my partner thanks to Zac who had shown us around two places, we had a bit of issues initially securing the flat we chose in the end but with his help we were able to get it all sorted too and in good time too!
