I wanted to take some time to write a review of how impressed I was with a property viewing in Cardiff with Lucy Warden from Mogine James Cardiff today. Lucy was so helpful, able to answer my questions and send through answers and paperwork straight from the viewing. Mogine James has always been a highly professional agency. We rented a property from the same Cyncoed Agency many years ago, and we have always been very happy with them. I was very impressed by Lucy's professionalism and approachability.

I personally didn't know the real estate company. Then Zoe contacted me, the house is amazing but Zoe great efforts made me take the decision to rent. Zoe you made this so stress free. Thank you so much Zoe. 5 stars for the company and 6 stars for Zoe.

I had recently rented a flat with Moginie James, with a very kind and caring agent, Zoe Pedersen. They are extremely friendly and helped me in each step, it was a great experience I’ve ever had.

Probably the most incompetent staff have been trying to view properties for over a month. No one calls you back. I'm concerned about people who reduce the price of their properties, as estate agents only do so on their terms, not the customer's.

I find their response insincere and faux. I still have not had a reply to my phone call.
