Moginie James made a very stressful time of my life easy and smooth. The process of renting with them was one of the easier ones I've dealt with, and everyone was very helpful. During my viewing with Mercedes, she was very informative and helpful with any questions I had and any follow up enquiries I had she was prompt to answer and work out on my behalf. All in all, a happy experience with them!

Had a lovely experience at Moginie James Cyncoed. From the start I was dealing with Naomi who was incredible and extremely patient, and she did an amazing job at going through the process and helping us get our new home.

Naomi was very helpful in our house viewing and was able to answer all our questions as well as provide helpful advice. She was there early which was a big difference from other letting agents from other companies. We ended up getting the house we viewed and she was communicative through the whole process.
