Brilliant customer service
We were initially looking for the product in question in Argos, but it was out of stock almost everywhere. I decided to try ordering directly and was delighted to find that the product was immediately available. It was dispatched within an hour or two and was delivered the following morning, less than 24 hours afterwards.
I was kept fully informed of the process and the level of customer service was exceptional.
The product fully meets our expectations.

High chair not delivered
High chair delivered to the middle of the street and taken by someone. No support from the team to correct the issue despite highlighting the urgency as the high chair was required to feed a baby! Basically told to wait 7 days and advised may need to liase with Police. Poor customer service

We’re sorry to hear what happened with your delivery and understand how frustrating this was, particularly as the highchair was needed for your baby.
Where tracking shows an order as delivered but the customer reports that it has been stolen or is no longer at the delivery location, we do have a standard investigation process that must be followed. The case has to be formally raised with the courier so the delivery can be investigated before we’re able to issue a replacement or refund.
The timeframe of up to 7 working days is for the courier investigation, rather than us asking you simply to wait without action being taken. Where a parcel is believed to have been stolen after delivery, customers may also be advised to report this to the Police as part of the process.
We appreciate this isn’t an immediate resolution, but unfortunately we cannot refund or replace an order while the delivery investigation is still ongoing.

Order accepted, payment taken, then told it was never in stock - after a week of silence
I ordered an MB51 Plus Stroller in Quilted Aqua (Grade A) on the 18th of September. My payment was taken immediately, and I received a tracking number from Evri the very next day.
After that, nothing. The tracking never moved. I waited nearly a week before reaching out myself, only to be told the warehouse team would "look into it." Another day later, I was finally informed that the item was actually out of stock due to a "system error" and that my order had been cancelled and refunded.
So to be clear: they took my money, generated a fake tracking number for an item they didn't have, left me waiting for over a week, and only told me the truth after I chased them multiple times.
When I escalated and asked them to send the same stroller (which is still available on their website as new stock) at the price I originally paid, they refused. Their resolution? A generic 10% discount code that is available to anyone.
Very disappointing experience, especially from a company selling baby products where parents are relying on timely delivery. I would advise other customers to be cautious when ordering from them.

Thank you for your feedback. We completely understand why this was frustrating, particularly as you had placed the order and received tracking before the stock issue came to light.
Unfortunately, there was a system error which incorrectly showed the MB51 Plus Quilted Aqua Grade A as available when we did not physically have that particular colourway in stock. Once this was identified, we were unable to fulfil the order and therefore issued you with a full refund.
We did have other MB51 Plus Grade A strollers available in alternative colourways and explained these options to you. We also offered 10% off a new order as a goodwill gesture.
After your refund had already been processed, you asked whether we could instead send the standard, non-graded Quilted Aqua stroller at the price originally paid. Unfortunately, this is a different stock grade with a different price point, so we were unable to supply the standard-stock stroller at the Grade A price after the original order had been refunded.
We’re sorry the initial stock discrepancy occurred and wasn’t identified sooner, and we appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback.

Great items and exceptional customer suppprt…
I purchased a car seat for my grandson from my babie but after delivery I decided that I needed the spinning model and arranged a return via email. Customer service was exceptional, I was being replied to by the same person who handled the whole rerun and I was able to arrange a collection for the next day. Thank you to both Emily and Katy for making the experience so smooth and quick and I can’t wait to use my Spin R129 car seat.

Terrible
Terrible! Ordered two strollers on the same day one came in a couple of days and the other has still not arrived and I still haven’t been refunded yet 16 days on. I needed the stroller that didn’t arrive for a trip I was going on and ended up having to use the other stroller that I had planned on returning as it was not appropriate. I had to do all the chasing around after Evri to find out what was going on. The item was said to unlikely be found in the warehouse from Evri, I was then told by My Babiie the item had to be returned to the My Babiie warehouse before receiving a refund so I’m currently no further forward by either company. I will not make a purchase through this company again I cannot recommend them either. Very disappointed.
