Loved the MB450 in Forest Green
Loved the MB450 in Forest Green, especially as we can have our beloved granddaughter facing us as we push it along. Our granddaughter also approves, the ride is very comfortable, the harness a doddle. Collapsing and opening it is simplicity itself. We will soon be using the accompanying foot cosy, which looks so nice. All in all, it is a superb pushchair.

Absolutely shocking
Absolutely shocking, ordered a pram - they sent me tracking for evri but they never actually gave them the pram to send. Tracking has just stayed on ‘we’re waiting to receive the item’.
I’ve asked for them to cancel the order after having to wait so long for it with no update. Can’t believe I’d even bother! Definitely not worth it at all such a shame.

We’re really sorry to hear that you’re still waiting for your pushchair, especially as the Evri tracking hasn’t progressed beyond showing that they’re waiting to receive it.
We haven’t been able to locate your correspondence from the details provided on this review, so unfortunately we can’t see the exact circumstances surrounding your order. However, when a parcel doesn’t progress through the courier network as expected, we may need to raise a formal investigation/claim with Evri to establish what has happened to it before we’re able to cancel and refund the order.
We completely appreciate that when you’ve already waited longer than expected, the last thing you want is further delay when asking for your money back. The investigation isn’t intended to make things more difficult; it’s a necessary step where the whereabouts of a dispatched parcel are unclear.
If you’re already speaking with our Customer Service Team, they’ll continue to progress this for you and arrange the appropriate resolution once the courier investigation allows us to do so.

A Very Stressful and Disappointing Experience
⭐ 1 Star
I am extremely disappointed with my experience with My Babiie. What should have been a straightforward order has turned into a very stressful and time-consuming experience, involving missing items, incorrect delivery information and a delayed refund.
I ordered **4 items** in total. Only **1 item was actually delivered**. **2 items were missing**, yet they were marked as “delivered” in the tracking/order information. I had to chase the company to get this investigated.
The **4th item was refused at delivery on 15 September**, but this was also marked as “delivered”, which is clearly incorrect. This item was delivered by **Evri**, and I have had to spend additional time chasing My Babiie regarding the whereabouts of the item and my refund.
I then requested a refund, but I was told that the refund would only be processed once the refused item had arrived back at the warehouse and had been signed in. I have already been waiting many days for my money to be returned.
The whole experience has been extremely frustrating. Having to repeatedly contact the company to chase missing items, incorrect delivery statuses and a refund is not the level of customer service I expected.
The main issue for me is the lack of a smooth and reliable process. Items that were not received were marked as delivered, an item that I explicitly refused was also marked as delivered, and I have had to do all the chasing to get answers and my money back.
I would strongly recommend that My Babiie improve its communication, delivery tracking and refund process. Unfortunately, based on my experience, **I would not order from My Babiie again.**

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry that the delivery and return process has been frustrating and appreciate that there were several items involved, which made the situation more complicated.
Where tracking shows an item as delivered but it hasn’t been received, we do need to investigate this with the courier before a refund or replacement can be issued. Similarly, when a parcel is refused at the point of delivery, the courier tracking can initially show this as delivered before updating to reflect its return journey. Unfortunately, we cannot process a refund for a refused parcel until it has physically returned to our warehouse and been received back into our system.
We appreciate that this can mean waiting while the parcel makes its way back to us, but these checks are necessary to ensure each item is correctly accounted for before refunds or replacements are processed.
We’re sorry the overall experience wasn’t as straightforward as it should have been and appreciate your feedback regarding the communication and tracking throughout the process.
