This push chair looks nice and sleek- I got it in black. However, what I did consider is how heavy it would be once folder. As a mum who suffers with back pain, getting it into the car is more than a challenge!
Secondly, I have only used it a few times since I bought it less than a month ago. However, almost every time something pops out, I have to fix it and put it back in place, and it can be very frustrating when you are in a rush. The latest one being the hood. I have contacted customer service since I can't get it back in, so let's see how it goes

Brought a brand new car seat, never opened and never used. No longer needed due to passing away from cancer. Asked to return company said sure as long as you pay £20 or have £20 out of £49.99 deducted.

We would like to clarify that, while we do accept returns of unwanted items within our 30-day returns period, we do not currently offer free returns for change-of-mind purchases.
To provide customers with flexibility, we offer three different return options: a DPD home collection for £20, a DPD drop-off service for £10, or the option to arrange a return using a courier of your own choice, where you would pay the courier directly.
These charges cover the cost of the return service and are not related to whether the product has been opened or used. Provided the item is returned new, unused and in its original packaging, the purchase price is refundable in accordance with our returns policy, with any applicable collection charge deducted.
We appreciate that this was not the response you were hoping for, particularly given your circumstances, and we're genuinely sorry for the disappointment caused.

Delayed parcel / great service and product
My first parcel was delayed so I emailed customer services and after investigation it was missing.
I was offered a full refund or a replacement to be sent out - opted for the replacement and it was delivered within 48 hours.
The backpack is the “Pro Changing Bag - Black / Gunmetal” and is beautiful. Perfect size, comfortable straps and lots of space/compartments.
