Excellent product excellent service
We ordered our Chichester kitchen through Neptune, and then several bespoke cabinets afterwards. The customer service has been excellent from start to finish and the end product has been stunning. A particular mention to the designers who helped us to choose the right kitchen for our space, and to the project managers and fitters who were very professional and made installation easy. Looking forward to planning our next room and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Neptune to others.

The service and attention to detail at the Tonbridge branch is fantastic.
I was looking for a pot to house a faux olive tree. The staff helped with styling ideas, measurements and made recommendations.

My dream kitchen and my husbands wine room
With grateful thanks to everyone at Neptune Tonbridge we are now enjoying our beautiful kitchen, utility room, boot room and wine store.
From start to finish the customer service we have received has been excellent.
Tom Servante, the designer listened to our requirements and put together designs for each of the the rooms with meetings both in store and at our home, getting a feel for the property, our taste and how we wanted the space to work.
James Booth, project managed the installation working to deadlines and dealing with our builder and other trades to make the transition between our old kitchen and the new one as smooth as possible. Neptune worked to the time table agreed.
Ollie Walrond and his crew who fitted the kitchen we amazingly efficient, tidy and even brought their own coffee machine! All the boxes of which there were many were taken away.
Lee the painter did the filling & touching up and was a great third pair of eyes to ensure everything was perfect.
John and all the staff at the Tonbridge showroom were helpful and courteous throughout the whole process.
We have enjoyed the whole experience and would have no hesitation in recommending Neptune for service, design and quality.

A beautiful store
A beautiful store. I normally shop in the small Neptune in Blackheath. This store is huge with so much choice availability.
The staf are so helpful and friendly especially when I explained that I was recovering from a broken back.
I cannot wait to visit again. Thankyou ❤️

I could not be more pleased.
After my wife died I decided to redecorate/refurnish my Breakfast Room/Conservatory - for fresh new look after 30 years.
After visiting various High Street furnishing shops I decided to spend more money, come to Neptune Tonbridge and get the benefit of their high quality design and service.
I do not regret this decision - great presentation in the Showroom with attractive designs, quality products, very helpful and professional staff giving good advice ( Dawn and Teresa) - and being very patient and tolerant of changes of mind!
I could not be more pleased.
This would be a 5-star review except for the rather heavy-handed returns policy and quite slow delivery of upholstered furniture.

New Kitchen
Recently finished having our new kitchen fitted and absolutely love it.
Neptune Tonbridge have been a joy to work with, from design to installation of our new kitchen, the whole process has been so straight forward and easy, from what normally could be found to be a stressful experience. Customer care and satisfaction you can tell is paramount.
Tom our kitchen designer and James our installation manager particularly have been great.
