Next Day Catering Reviews 

Took them 6 days to dispach the item even though it was showing in stock. Customer advisor couldn't be bothered contacting the courier company, and told me it was due for delivery yesterday. I ordered the in stock item from next day catering 9 days ahead of my event to make sure i had it and they let me down.

AVOID. AVOID. AVOID! Ordered a prep fridge almost 1 month ago. It never arrived despite paying extra for express delivery. Zero communication from company, I have emailed numerous times with Zero response. Paid £550 for nothing. This company does not have an active phone number so you can't speak to anyone, only a chatbot that tells you to email customer service. But they never ever respond! I have sent a very formal email to them this morning asking them to contact within 48hrs (the time limit they say they respond in) to resolve this matter. I very much doubt I will hear back from them and will be instructing my solicitor to recover the money. NEVER EVER buy from this company. Absolute nightmare experience

No ability to speak to a person on the phone. Emailed them 5 days ago - no response. Instigated on an online chat @ 9am on a Tuesday morning (i.e. within normal working hours) and it took 40 mins for a response. What kind of Mickey Mouse business is this?!!

Shocking company - DO NOT USE! 48hrs delivery advertised on items is a complete lie. They’ll take your order (the only reason I used them was because they said they had a oven in stock which was 10/15% dearer than other suppliers but I was willing to to pay the extra to get it quickly) and then try and dropship it from a more reputable supplier about 2 weeks later (which is what said reputable supplier advertises as delivery on their own site!)
They then refuse to let you cancel (even though it’s not been shipped and they’ve lied about delivery times) or if you do cancel they’ll charge 25% restocking fee - on something that’s not even in stock with them!! A JOKE OF A COMPANY!
Even after refusing delivery they then don’t refund you - I feel like I’ve had a run-in with a certain Mr Turpin!

The price was cheaper than the other website!! So I can buy another thing! Big save
