Website straightforward, products not yet received.

I found exactly what I needed, at a good price compared with other similar items I had viewed online. Also useful to have a fast delivery service as I need the items for a specific time.

UPDATE** 3 weeks since initial review and this issue is still not resolved. Despite contacting both directors, chasing down customer service for updates i've still received ZERO apology for this despite the item being delivered damaged by shoddy packaging and transport. I would spend your money elsewhere, absoltely shambolic customer service.

If I could have given 0 stars I would have...Far from "Next Day"—once they have your money, the service drops off a cliff. We received a £980 commercial chargrill that arrived damaged in transit. When reported, we were advised to install it anyway. Upon professional installation, it immediately tripped our kitchen's power.

It has now been weeks of endless chasing, zero apologies, ignored emails, and zero accountability. I’ve had to pay electrician fees twice for a unit that has never worked, and it’s currently sitting disconnected in our kitchen while customer service ignores collection requests. Truly sub-standard post-purchase support. Save yourself the headache and buy elsewhere.

Found Next Day Catering through a google search. Found the site easy to navigate and that it gave all relevant information to let me make a choice of products.The prices were very competitive and I couldn’t find the item any cheaper elsewhere. Was pleased when I checked out to find there wasn’t a delivery charge.

Product was delayed which affected our business and we could not contact them in any way as they didn't reply to any emails. Product arrived damaged which was extremely disappointing. Would give 0 stars if possible

Easy to navigate, competitive prices, fast delivery

Everything seemed fairly straightforward and plenty of info about the product. Also having looked at other similar products the price was very reasonable. One question can I buy other shelves?

I DO NOT recommend anyone to buy from this company. You all need to stay well clear of them. They are not contactable by telephone. You go on live chat and despite providing your information, they can't find your order. They tell you to email customer services, you email and no one responds. And they certainly DO NOT issue refunds or replacements for damaged goods despite you providing photos. They take your money and then there's no customer service after. A shocking company run badly.

Terrible service. Ordered 2 items together, 1 arrived after a week, the 2nd one still hasn’t arrived after 3 WEEKS. Zero communication, you can’t even phone them to get an explanation. The chat service is a complete waste of time. Avoid.

This has got to be one of the worst companies I’ve ever had dealings with

We ordered a fridge and when it arrived ot was upside down and packaging severely damaged so we refused delivery and asked for a refund.

It been about 2 months and after repeated emails still no refund or contact.

Avoid. No contact number to speak to anyone.

Ordered on 16/9 and checkout said:

Standard Delivery
Your order will be delivered within 2 to 3 working days.

When I contacted them today (21/9) they said:
Please note all Items with Prefix DA- have a longer delivery time so please allow 5 to 7 working days for these items as they come direct from the manufacturers, tracking will be emailed through once released

it is stated in our delivery terms and on your order confirmation under standard del regarding items prefix DA- being 5-7 wokring days

Then they went offline and left the chat!

Would never have ordered if they told the truth at checkout and said 5-7 working days
