⭐ Very Disappointing Customer Service – Avoid!

I purchased an upright freezer from this supplier around two weeks ago, and unfortunately, I have been experiencing technical issues with it since purchase. Despite sending several emails and repeatedly asking them to arrange an engineer to resolve the problem, I am still waiting for a proper response and a solution.

As a small business owner, this situation is causing serious disruption, financial losses and inconvenience. It is extremely frustrating to spend money on new equipment only to receive such poor after-sales service when something goes wrong.

What disappoints me most is the lack of urgency and communication. I have had to chase them repeatedly, yet nobody seems willing to take responsibility and resolve the issue promptly.

I would not recommend this supplier based on my experience. Selling equipment is one thing, but providing proper after-sales support is equally important. I hope they take customer complaints more seriously in the future.

Customers deserve honest communication, professional treatment and prompt solutions when problems arise.

In my experience, the level of service has been unacceptable. I would advise anyone considering purchasing from this company to be cautious and carefully review its customer service reputation before placing an order.

I hope the company takes customer complaints seriously and improves the way it treats its customers.

Terrible service. I used this company because I needed an item next day, it was not a big order but it was time critical. After four days the DPD were booked but the item still not dispatched. After five days DPD sent a mysterious message saying the item had been delayed. I tried emailing multiple times but received no response. There is a phone number on the website which only has a recorded message telling you to email or use the web chat, but as far as I can tell the web chat does not exist??

Really Happyb with my purchase. The product is great, highly recommended!

My second review following non delivery and refund. This company are now sitting on over £2000 of our money with no sign of refund, no contact. We're seeking resolution through the bank. Sir, you belong in jail.

The item I wanted to order was showing out of stock, so I emailed twice over 3 days to ask about when it would be available. I got no reply at all. The web chat was just an AI bot that was no help at all, and the phone number on the contact page was just an automated response saying to email or use the chat!
I've ordered an alternative product, which all seemed to go through ok, but I'm holding my breath to see if anything actually arrives when it's supposed to...

Simple to find the products required, easy to process the transaction and next day delivery

Just ordered an upright freezer. The website was easy to navigate and compare products.

A little awkward on the editing delivery address and billing address being difficult but the experience as a while was good

Offered £5 discount if I did a review. So only thing I could say at the time was "Very easy to find what your looking for and easy to order" and no discount given!
But I have come back here after I received my item, which was a hot food buffet.
Once assembled found that 2 bulbs were broken and smoke was coming from the other 2 bulbs.
You can not speak to them over the phone only via email.
They have ignored my 2 emails so please avoid this company.
looks like I will be doing a chargeback!!
