A little awkward on the editing delivery address and billing address being difficult but the experience as a while was good

Offered £5 discount if I did a review. So only thing I could say at the time was "Very easy to find what your looking for and easy to order" and no discount given!
But I have come back here after I received my item, which was a hot food buffet.
Once assembled found that 2 bulbs were broken and smoke was coming from the other 2 bulbs.
You can not speak to them over the phone only via email.
They have ignored my 2 emails so please avoid this company.
looks like I will be doing a chargeback!!

SHAMBLES!! Paid for a cooker and extra for delivery, emailed to say cooker damaged in transport! Promised refund, ordered another and the original appeared!!

Easy to use site would definitely re-order and had the best price out of all the online sites.

I ordered a mixer and three measuring jugs. The confirmation said standard delivery and their own terms say most orders arrive in 1-3 working days. When it hadn't arrived I asked them to send it to the venue we were actually at, as the original address was empty. They refused and said it had already shipped and couldn't be stopped.

The jugs ended up dumped in a rubbish bin. The mixer never reached us, and they said it had been returned. When I asked for a refund, they wanted a 25% restocking fee plus a £24 failed delivery fee for an item I never received. To get it re-sent I paid another £24. Weeks went by, I chased again and again, and nothing arrived.

Eventually they said the mixer was damaged in transit and out of stock, and offered a full refund. I accepted straight away. Weeks later I still have no refund and no confirmation that one was processed.

Months of emails, extra money paid, no product, no refund. Their service has been awful from start to finish. I would not trust them with an order and I'd advise anyone to keep well away and use a supplier that actually delivers and pays refunds on time.

User friendly site and the next day delivery service makes for a good place to shop for that last minute item for your event.

Easy to navigate the website and the online chat facility helped resolve my queries. There was a sale on which made the price more competitive and an extra £10 off at the checkout. I've requested a specific delivery day as I didn't want next day delivery. It all seems to have gone very smoothly.

It was easy to find what I wanted and easy to order as well. I would have preferred if I could pay with Amex so I could get points off such a big purchase but no worries at all. Also, it doesn’t show what the warranty is without paying for the five year extra warranty.

I placed an order with this company. I never heard from them, they didn't respond to emails, calls or chats. I don't think they are still trading TBH.
I had to get my money back via the bank.

It's a great site in terms of the products but once you click off a product you have to go right back to the beginning of the list.
