Our school had a very complex issue, which I could not resolve due to the level of technical knowledge required. However, I didn't have to worry as I was contacted by an amazing Customer Services Advisor call Laurie Richardson, she immediately took over all communications with all relevant departments, kept me up to date, ensured I was not worrying about anything and resolved the issue (and it took weeks, due to the complexity), she was always there when I needed her. She was beyond amazing! NGP she needs to be promoted asap!

Laurie Richardson helped sort out issues with the energy supplier regarding smart meter installation dates - she was the go-between so I didn't have to spend time on the phone on hold, or getting through to the right team etc. She kept me up-to-date with the progress and emailed re follow up check up. A bit pushy when it comes to extending contracts

Having spoken with other energy brokers, following our agreement, it seems that NGP have most definitely NOT secured our company the best deal. We will most definitely look elsewhere once our contract ends!

Received a call from a member Northern Gas & Power today offering me energy prices. He was very rude and kept talking over me and then hung up on me while i was still talking. Terrible customer service. Manners cost nothing,

Northern Gas and Power are an excellent company, i have been dealing directly with Amelia Shearer and Laurie Richardson. Not only have they help me to secure some excellent renewal deals but also helped me get a Vat reduction with an existing supplier. I would highly recommend.
