Never had a Problem with Booths oil before it was taken over by NWF now been using them for 18 years no problems since the take over im assuming all the billing admin staff etc are now at head office somewhere .they sent the Bill to my deceased Mothers Address who died 15 years ago i told the driver he said hed sort it but ive still not had an invoice to my address NO 10 i couldnt seem to get through to the woman i spoke to about the invoice going to my old mothers address she said she
d send me an e-mail which never arrived . Still waiting for the correct Invoice with my name and address on it from over a month ago not happy at all R Marshall

My Wife is disabled and we need to keep our house properly heated which is why we signed up for the Fox system so that we are automatically supplied with heating oil as we need it. Last week I noticed that the fuel was really low on our gauge in the kitchen and I asked NWF was there a problem. The lady checked our system which hadn't registered we needed fuel and was faulty, She immediately ordered fuel which would be delivered within seven working days, however, the next day it became very apparent that we were in grave danger of running out before then. I phone NFW Fuels and a young lady named Elena Melo immediately realised we had a serious problem and sorted out a next day delivery. My Wife and I can't thank this young lady enough, she phoned us two or three times to reassure us that the delivery was confirmed. Elena Melo is a fantastic ambassador for NWF Fuels, she really went the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. Thank you so much Elena and NWF Fuels.

I rang up today for a price on heating oil but they were more expensive than another company so he said he would go and see if he could get the price down left me hanging on for nearly 15 minutes so I gave up and rang back got a lady who said she would get him to ring me back as soon as he came of the phone nearly an hour and a half later so rang back got the same gentleman who said he couldnt' match the price I had got only to receive an email saying thanks for my order which I hadn't placed but they are shut now so going to sort it out when they open just keep your eye on your emails when ringing up for a quote

Zuzanna contacted me to let me know thst i wss £1400 in credit on my account and would i like the money transferred back to my bank account.
It was quick and easy to arrange the transfer. Thank you so much

Very happy ordering with NWF. Never a problem speaking to someone. The only criticism I make, is that they could / should give a more accurate delivery date and time. I don't need to know the date more than 24 hours before delivery. But I do expect to be told am or pm. We have electric gates, that require someone to open them. Hence the need to have a 4 hour delivery slot.

We have had fuel cards with NWF for over a year now and can not fault the service we have received. Always friendly and helpful over the phone and the fuel prices have been competitive. Excellent service, have recommended to others. Thank you

Been with NWF for over 2 years now.

I moved from another company as they were offering a similar price to what I was already paying but without the hidden fees or charges for printing new cards

Moving to NWF wasn't about the price but about the transparency they showed me from the off

I kept my old cards for several months and some weeks they were more expensive other weeks they were cheaper however I didn't revert myself or my team back to the competitor as they just didn't offer the same level of customer service.

Joanne my account manager has been amazing from the word go gradually extending my payment terms to free up that little bit of cash flow small businesses need.

Would highly recommend to anyone whether it be one man in a van or a transport manager running a fleet.

I use NWF for one of my fuel cards (Keyfuels) and not had any problems in the year or so I’ve been using them, other than they are a few pence per litre for diesel dearer than Fastfuels that I also use. This means I use fastfuel up to the limit, then use Keyfuel which of course means they lose out

Office staff very polite but ringing two weeks before an invoice is due to be paid asking for a payment date, and then asking, is it possible it can be paid before then end of the month, even though its not due to the 6th Is very unprofessional.

If we chased our customers two weeks early for payment I guarantee we would be told to do one.

Apart from the chasing of Payments I do recommend them.

Prices compared to other suppliers is a little higher and it feels trapped other suppliers on your case to use them but the service we have received from Kev the driver keeps us using NWF Fuels. Kev is a great guy calls in morning with a rough time he is arriving then calls when he leaving Stanlow to update us his arrival time. Kev goes above his job role to work with us and there never an issue when he delivers but when NWF sub the delivery out to a 3rd party thats when you have issues.

Very efficient process ordering over the phone with knowledgeable team. Deliveries are always advised beforehand by text and/or phone as requested with oil promptly added to our tank without any fuss or mess. Highly recommend to all.

Staff always helpful,I prefer to order by phone and that is not a problem.Delivery drivers very courteous and deliveries on schedule.Prices very competitive.Couldnt be happier.Jane Borrows.

Ordered oil, fair price, kept updated on delivery, driver was lovely

NWF has gone way downhill since Mandy left, the service is now non-existent with deliveries not available like they were with Mandy servicing us. Shame we have now decided to search for alternative providers that care about their customers and can offer good service.

The administration is great - the staff are friendly. However, to be the best there is - give exact delivery dates, with an AM or PM time.
Lots of people (including me) have to have the oil tank behind a locked and alarm protected gate. So when you give an on or before date - it’s not very helpful.
Other than that - well done.

They definately live up to the Reviews already posted! Called them to check when they would deliver and this fellow was so incredibly rude I am amazed he still has a job! Order was placed through Boilerjuice and he did not have any record he said which is absolute rubbish! I spoke with Boilerjuice and cancelled the order and had them blocked from every being included again!! No more deliveries from this bunch!!
