Worst Customer Service in the UK

I requested to have my email address updated and asked for the last five invoices to be sent to the new email. It has been a month, and despite calling them every week, I kept getting the same excuse—that their system was down and they couldn’t send the invoices manually or update my email.

The customer service was rude and completely unprofessional. The representative struggled with English, forcing me to repeat my email address over 20 times.

Terrible experience—avoid at all costs!

If I could 0 stars I would. There driver knocked down part of our wall. They acknowledged it straight away, but this was in January. After numerous messages I was promised some oil as a "good will gesture ". It's now middle of March and I still haven't received it despite constant messages. Do not recommend anyone uses this company.

From ordering to delivery excellent service. Easy to order, pay by direct debit which helps with budgeting . Always kept updated on delivery schedule and the priority club gives you premium oil for less . The delivery is always quick efficient and very professional. Highly recommend.

Ordered oil on 14th February, told you we were quite low! Phoned on 17th was told it would be 19th or 20th, it was delivered on 24th! Disgusting! It would have arrived quicker if we had used the Oil Club and been £90 cheaper! We quoted a code for a £10 discount and a £10 gift which we never had! We were told a manager would telephone us, he didn't!!

Excellent service. timely delivery with advance warning so I could leave my gates open. Turned up on the day stated.

They care about their customers. Very helpful on the phone when ordering fuel.

Failure on three occasions to keep a promise to ring back with response to my plea that delivery brought forward because of our vulnerability. Then failure to deliver on the date given in a text “on or before 6 February”. Delivery not until 10 Feb. Reason given - lorries out of service.

Always been helpful with any issues and delivered our oil on time.the drivers are very friendly and good

Excellent customer service and delivery seamless despite being very rural with difficult access.

The office team are always polite and efficient. The delivery drivers never let us down and are always respectful of the property. My only negative is that when I place an order we normally have to wait about 10 days for delivery (which we are informed about at the time we place the order) however it would be good if the lead time was within a week maximum of placing an order.

Always deliver in timely manner and driver careful with delivery of oil. Office staff often make courtesy calls to check if I need a top up. For improvement I would like to receive an email when price of oil has dropped to lowest to enable a fill up as only ordering half a tank now due to high costs (have suggested this before)

Reliable delivery service with friendly drivers.

Ordered from NWF fuels instead of a competitor. Have to say the service was exemplary. From ordering on the phone to being kept up to date with the delivery couldn’t fault the service they provided. Will be ordering again for definite.

We've used NWF fuels for a few years but recently trying to ring them to get a quote has been impossible, long call hold times without anyone picking up. Ended up going elsewhere.

Placed order for kerosene on 31/01/2025 and it was delivered on 4/02/2025 as a standard delivery (so no extra cost). Excellent turnaround time! Received a text the day before delivery to remind me to unlock the tank. Driver called me on arrival to clarify the best route for the hose (to avoid damaging my plants).

Not for the little guy - atrocious customer service.

Paid for a delivery of kerosene for our home - never delivered it despite promising to, were very rude with no apology when called, and are now having to get the bank to chase them for a repayment.

Stoddards delivered in two days, cash on delivery. What a difference.

Absolutely terrible service. Ordered fuel for fast delivery at the end of last year, it’s now 21 days later, and after repeated delivery cancellations I am now informed the whole delivery has been cancelled.
Avoid at all costs!!

i AM ABSOLUTLEY DISGUSTED WITH THIS COMPANY THEY STATED THAT MY OIL WOULD BE NEXT DAY DELIVERY AND NOW BEEN LEFT FOR THREE DAYS WITH TWO YOUNG CHILDREN WITH NO HEATING OR OIL. I HAVE HAD TO BUY HEATERS ELECTRIC FOR OVER £400 I WILL BE PROCEEDING WITH LEGAL ADVICE. STAFF ARE UNHELPFUL AND NO COMMUNICATION. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE UNRE;LIABLE AND UNETHICAL
