The delight of dealing with phil
Phil was very professional and precise with his information and advice. He actually got us a better cabin than we expected. He gave us options on extra days before and after the cruise and again help with travel choices. The whole business was straight forward and accomplished quickly.

Mark was fabulous. Only 4* due to a price increase of £300 each after we'd booked which wasn't Mark's fault as he dealt with this professionally.

Dealing with Phil at onyx cruises has been nothing but a pleasure. All my inquiries were dealt with in a timely fashion, if he was unsure of something he would go away find out and get back to me without delay.I am organising a safari and cruise package for my 70th birthday along with one of my great friends who is also 70 in the same year. Phil seamlessly married both our packages together without a problem. Onyx and Phil are extremely good at what they do. It’s the first time I have ever used them and it will not be the last.

Very professional service
