Yesterday my batterie died about 12 miles from home. I got a jump and needed a new batterie. I called and some places did not even pick up the phone. I called one auto parts store and they had the batterie I needed but they said they would not put it in for me. I called the OReilly, Wtby, CT store on Thomaston Ave. and spk w DIO. He was great. They did not have the batterie I needed but he offered to try to get it for me. I asked if he would put it in when I got to the store. He looked over the instructions before I arrived and over the phone he said when you come, I will get the batterie delivered here for you and I will put the new batterie in your vehicle. He said just pull up front and come on into the store and we will take care of you. Shout out to DIO and the staff there for great service. DIO even went in back and got a chair for me to sit down inside the store while he changed out my batterie. Not many businesses have this level of caring customer service these days. I spoke w the store manager to share my thoughts. I will add this, give DIO a raise or promotion he is obviously a great asset to OReilly Auto and this specific store.

Today I had a full service on my Vivaro van and the experience I had from the brilliant mechanic Brendan was one that flew by even though we had a teething problem it was resolved and was given very good advice too. Thank you O’Reileys for 1st class treatment.

Incredible online order experience at the Pell City, AL store!I ordered a part online, and the Pell City store was wonderful. They had it delivered straight to my house in about an hour! Unbelievably fast and convenient service. Highly recommend this specific branch!

I realize you have to make some money selling your products or selling the products that you sell I have an assortment of six retaining clips for a fuel line for $8 im bettin u pay less than a nickel for em of course there's shipping so maybe you are only making $7. I hope you realize that this s*** is getting ridiculous but that blows my mind have a nice day.

As I pulled up, I noticed on the door it said oil waste tank is full for people to bring their waist. So just humorously as I walked in I was greeted by two O’Reilly advisors. And I said I got some oil I gotta bring in. They both laughed and said sorry we’re full right now and I said of course you are. I only said this because it was on your window. lol but anyhow, after the small talk, you know I had to look for parts for my vehicle and Justin was the Parts advisor that helped me and he was Awesome. And the store is a great store. All the employees there have always been friendly to me. I’ve always gone to that store for years and my hat comes off for O’reillys ! way to go !!! you got excellent employees and awesome deals on products. Thank you for being there.

Walked in with my son to get oil for one of my cars and heard and seen this old guy Richard watching porn on his phone at the counter. Absolutely disgusting!!!!

Came into the store to buy some brakes in calumet city was told they had brake shoes and no hardware and they could order them which was a lie had me waiting on them for 2 hours to be told they had to be picked up and then told they didn’t have them a lady named Victoria lied to us and wasted our time , the customer service was ghetto in my opinion and I would not waste my time coming here

Ordered parts. Never arrived. Refused to replace or refund the items. Basically stole $280 from me and won't help me at all. Don't recommend.

My battery went bad after less than 6 months. Although they replaced it free of charge there was no apology or so sorry of any kind. I am an elderly customer who had to install the battery myself even though there was no one in the store except 2 employees. Totally unfriendly staff, no thank you or thanks for coming in.

Simply the worst. stay far away from this crazy store. Understaffed & the only person present was DRUNK woman manager out of uniform out back behind dumpster smoking cigarettes 🚬 & drinking alcohol 🍸. Insane store .very messy & dangerous. Oil spilt on floor. Unmarked. Not being g tended to to .. phones rang constantly unanswered. No one present to assit you.
Insane drunk woman was nasty dirty & rude as well as out of uniform. Her name is MS MEREDITH BOGEN. STORE MANAGER IF YOU CAN BELEIVE ! THAT.

I locked my keys into my car in the parking lot and one of the employees went up and beyond to help unlock my vehicle for me.

I came in upset and embarrassed that my license plate had fallen off of my car. Brandon came out of the back from his break, immediately came to help me. He was so calm and knowledgeable. Once I explained the situation, he went into action. He stayed calm even when I was getting stressed out. He took his time finding the correct pieces we need AND did the repairs that were needed. He was calm, patient, collected, and knew what he was doing. He was absolutly incredible. My personal opinion he deserves an employee of the month award

O'Reilly parts total trash bought an sc compressor installed failed take it back gave me another one after a few months stop working bought a brake caliper replaced 2 times thrash ended up buying genuine parts cause auto parts store except space most of them are thrash specially O'Reilly don't buy them

Harassment, Retaliation, Discrimination, Slander, mistreatment, sexual harassment and by coworkers or family of the coworkers. I have had issues with the company on going three to four years I have been harassed threatened stalked. Sent letters HR, Lawyers, and law enforcement but nothing has been done. Definitely not a good company to work for and glad to no longer be with the company. Gaslighted had conversation turned on me and blamed for their own incompetence. Discrimination against by my race and religion or religious beliefs.

This is for online Murray products. I bought a thermostat housing (water outlet) for a 2004 Mustang. The part arrived on time, but it was not built the way I expected. It had missing holes of aluminum on the inside of the housing and the finish on the inside looked as if it was manufactured halfway instead of looking fresh from the factory without any manufacturer defects. This is the way Murray manufactures their parts apparently. And it is not good enough. I'll buy a more expensive part that isn't junk. I should've listened to all of the reviews on Murray products.

Raphael was awesome in helping me find the correct hardware for my license plates. He gave great recommendations on what to use! And he was super friendly! Visit him at the store on Union & Academy

You gave me the wrong idler pulley. I said "Smooth" but it has grooves.

The O'Reilly's team in Walsenburg, Colorado, is absolutely amazing! They are professional, friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and kind.

I am not a mechanic. My husband usually sends me to the parts store pretty well informed, but sometimes we have to rely on the employees at the parts store to help us understand what is needed and what all our options are when our vehicles break down.

Several times now, the Walsenburg O'Reilly's team has gone above and beyond to help us save money, track down parts, and gather supplies. They have even gone as far as to help us find the correct locations of hard-to-find items.

Once, we had a 1997 International bus break down. We didn't know the exact part we needed or where to get it once we found it. O'Reilly's didn't carry the part, but a Walsenburg O'Reilly's team member worked diligently to help us track down the part we needed anyways, and they directed us to two places where we could likely find it. It was amazing! Although there was no sale for O'Reilly's, they still went above and beyond to ensure that we knew what we were after!

Another time, we broke down in their parking lot, and they not only ordered the parts we needed but also let us fix our truck there. Shortly after that, two of their team members, one of whom was a manager, pulled up three short videos to show me where the oil and fuel filters were on our Ford F350 diesel!

The Walsenburg O'Reilly's team continues to humble and amaze us! They truly care about the community, the experience, and your vehicles! Whether you are a local resident or just traveling through, stop by and check these guys out for all of your vehicle repair and maintenance needs! They do a great job at caring for the people and the vehicles!

went in to get refund because was told l could by clerk l bought it from ,first thing out his mouth was if l had plugged it in l told him yes before l could explained anything he said no refund l told him what l had been told he did not care no refund he was not going to get in trouble bunch of sorry people at this store never had this problem in independance ks will never shop this store agin
