It’s been a week since I ordered. It was only 1 hat and that I paid extra for 3-5 day shipping. Haven’t gotten confirmation or ETA. This page shouldn’t be advertise on Social media at all. They’re Scamming people left and right.

It’s been a month since I ordered a single pair on pants and still no shipping update or any package info. It’s ridiculous.

The MOST frustrating customer-service experience ever!
I bought my teenage son a pair of $60 sweatpants. Ordered an XL, they sent size XL3T, which were too big for my 6’6” husband. When I attempted to make an online return there is no option to waive the shipping fee even though there’s the “wrong item sent” option as a return reason. Customer service is only open from 9am-1pm. I drove all the way to the mall this weekend to make the return and was told that since they sent the wrong item, they can’t return it In store because the receipt doesn’t match the item I’m returning. She suggested I contact customer service, which I explained I’m unable to because of the hours. She offered to contact them for me, but, oh wait, they’re closed on the weekends so she couldn’t help at all. Total joke!

If I could give 0 starts I would. They sent me one shoe in the box. When I called to talk to a rep they had none. Customer service now wants me to return the one shoe and can't send me a replacement because they are out of stock. What a joke of a company, terrible customer service too.

they sent me the completely wrong item & the item I ordered which I was very excited to receive is now out of stock. they did offer me a refund & a promo code but I don't want anything from PacSun other than the one item I originally ordered. also I have to go out of my way to return the wrong item to get the refund... even though it was their mistake. really annoyed

PURCHASE ELSEWHERE!

I paid for overnight shipping for 6 items for a family vacation. Nothing shipped and they couldn't even give me an update as to where the order was in the fulfillment process. I asked them to cancel the order and issue a refund as we are now leaving town. Was told that they couldn't guarantee that the order could be cancelled. Have a charge on my card, paid for overnight shipping, have none of the items I paid for (all of which will be delivered in our absence) and it is my responsibility to return the items to them and pay $10 to mail them back. That is, of course, if they haven't been stolen by the time we get back. Additionally, the customer service was absolutely terrible! Zero attempt at a resolution or refund. I would highly recommend looking elsewhere.

I purchased 3 pairs of jeans, 1 skirt, and 5 shirts. Only 4 shirts arrived. When I called PacSun I was told that it was impossible that only 4 shirts had arrived, they had the weight of my package. When I asked for the weight of the package to weigh the package that I received, I was told they did not know it. They accused the postal department of stealing the items. The mailman handed me the package on that day. (ironic). Bottom line, I am hundreds of dollars and clothes.

Terrible customer service for online orders. They charge $4 per item even if you return it to a store and its even more expensive if you need to ship it back.

Fast shipping. Reliable as always

Zero stars I ordered a large order. 2 separate shipping packages and 8 items Missing! I called and then someone by the name Jane emailed me for the items missing and I did email every item and sku number & price.
Email Response on Sunday afternoon, said the weight equals what was sent make a police report!

Ordered my daughter shoes. They sent men's size. I spoke with "support." Which was so bad! They informed me that way below the item, size, details, is a note that they only ship in men's sizes. NOT WHERE you select the size. So needless to say, my daughter got new clown shoes. And to fix, they say ship back for $7 fee. Via Fedex. With a deadline to do so. Even though they sent cheapest path they could with USPS. Which took forever. I would recommend buying off a street vendor or even the homeless before ever purchasing from PacSun. Holy cow, it really is not hard to sell shoes for more than men. OR list ONLY FOR THEM.

Absolutely the worse experience! I ordered a pair of shorts, nothing was received. Contacted customer service 4 x and they were not helpful. No refund or replacement offered. DO NOT BUY from them.

Do not waste your money with this company please! My items did not arrived on time. I even paid to expedite my order. Please READ, do not waste your money! It won’t get there when you expected.

do not waste your money with this company, i recently ordered a hat from online shop, upon receiving my hat they shipped it in a bag, once i opened the bag the hat was damaged and bent at the crown of hat. What company does that well pacsun of course. NEVER BUYING FROM PACSUN AGAIN.

de lo peor esta empresa . Se compra en el dia de lanzamiento a la hora en que sale unas prendas de fear of god . Durante dias todavia hay stock del producto en su web y pasado 5 dias me indican que espere porque no hay stock ... cancelo y me dicen que ya enviaron una parte del pedido aun cuando les dije que cancelen el total del pedido. Un desastre esa empresa para nada recomendable . si hubiese un 0 se lo pondria

My teen kids love PacSun so they received several gift cards as gifts. DO NOT BUY GIFT CARDS from 3rd party affiliate such as BuyaTab (buyatab.com) which is offered directly on the PACSUN website OR at other retailers such as CVS/Walmart/grocery stores. The cashier at the actual store was able to verify that there was money on the card but when I wanted to redeem them for an actual purchase, it would not accept it. The only gift card the store could accept was the gift card that purchased in the store. I am stuck with one gift card with $50 and no idea how to redeem it. (Del Amo Mall location, Torrance, CA )

idk why yall are hating on pacsun but I got an amazing hoodie from them

This is Pac Sun customer service:
the package has never been delivered to me, there is no proof of signature. Pac Sun looks into this for months, bots write tons of emails. After two months they assure me, the package has never been delivered to me at all, but still after claiming this, they won’t refund me.
We took a lawyer to deal with this. I have all the messages to proof the way this company treats their customers. Theft or fraud is all I can call this.
I can add all e-mail contact to proof this situation to anyone. It is an absolutely horrific experience.

How can you be expected to buy something without trying it on and then to be told they have a no returns policy !!!!!
