The hair arrived and it was as specified but the wrong colour. In total I spent £90. I returned it to the UK address on the parcel I received, which is a depot in southall, London. I sent it tracked and recorded- another £7.

After a week I’d still not received a refund despite the parcel being signed for.

I contacted customer services, but they said they had no record of the address and wouldn’t give me a refund.

I tracked the address and it’s a return address many companies use but it has a bad reputation. I contacted them and they said any goods they received would be “destroyed”. I contacted Parahair’s customer services many times asking for my money to be refunded as I returned the parcel in good faith, but they denied knowledge of the return address on the parcel PE and refused. I’m pretty annoyed tbh.

I am so VERY VERY HAPPY with Parahair! AWESOME. My hairstylist loved the feel and texture and quality of the hair. I purchased the curly tape in hair extensions and they are fabulous. They match my hair to perfection. Same curl and wavy pattern which is very hard to find especially in tape in extensions. Parahair is my permanent place that I will recommend to ALL and EVERYONE I talk to regarding where to purchase hair! The customer service was quick in response and extremely helpful!! Thank You Parahair.You made me beyond HAPPY😍😍

I would not have even given them 1 star!! Horrible customer service and heartless people
I told them I needed a pack of hair extensions as a gift for my sister and theg said it will be here in 5 days
I paid 40euro extra for rush shipping ! DHL called me and said it will take 16 DAYS ! I asked for a refund so I could buy another gift for my sister and at first they said yes , and the day after they chsnged their mind!
Please note I was a regular customer..

I'm still waiting to receive my order EN949145146R but the tracking info is wrong or something else happened.
I received confirmation almost a week ago. Yesterday I got worried because I still couldn't see the tracking on the royal mail. I emailed customer service but no reply
There's no telephone number
I don't know what to do.
Can someone help me from PARA HAIR? I'm not happy I need to get extensions applied in a week.

Ordered extensions on February 4th, 2020 and paid extra for 2-3 day express service. Still haven’t received my order and it is now February 14th, 2020.
Reached out to ParaHair through their chat line and even though I’ve had 2 lengthy chats and promises that they would talk with the shipping department and ‘try’ to expediate my order but of course nothing has happened. Was promised a return chat message from one of there chat members but he did not bother to reply nor did anyone else. I initiated a chat again today and the reply was that all the operators are busy and to leave my email address, which they assuredly have. I complied again.
I hope the product exceeds my expectations and at this point they are high. If their poor service is and indication then I’m afraid of what quality of extensions I will receive, if I even receive any.

Hair is way too thin. Not good quality for money. Took ages to dispatch and will be sending straight back.

The hair is soft, full and bouncy. It IS human hair and takes dye well if going darker. I have installed the extensions and they are definitely a decent quality extension.I have experienced zero shedding and they don't seem to tangle as easily as hair I've had in the past.Will definitely switch to these for all future purchases.

This hair is beautiful! I have really dark brown hair and I ordered 1b it's a tad darker than my hair but it blends well. It's very soft and shiny but not so shiny that it looks fake. I did the strand test and burned a few random pieces and it is definitely real hair and I have had little to no shedding. I would purchase this again!

These are really amazing! My hair stylist was very impressed with their quality. I've had zero issues and plan on reordering them. The hair looks very believable and blends nicely with my hair. If you've ever tried extensions, you'll know there's quite a lot of forgiveness with color matching. So even if these aren't the exact color of your hair, once in, they blend well into your hair. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed.

Fast shipping, arrived sooner than expected and in great condition. The hair is very nice, great quality for price and looks great! See before and after photo- love this hair! The wefts are a little thinner compared to hair that costs 3x the price, but quality of the hair is just as good and is excellent quality for the price.highly recommend this product!

They are amazing quality, the tape is big and sticks immediately and the hair feels amazing. I have shampooed my hair twice since having them and they are all very secure still. They do well with heat and look completely natural! I will be ordering again for sure for length! This time I have them mostly for body and cut them to my natural color.I am very impressed.

This was exactly what i need, I cosplayed for a special needs kid event. Since I have never used extensions before, it took a bit of a learning curve to figure out the correct placement. It is also light and the delivery is very fast. I will defintely order a few more of these and suggest them to my friends.

It's amazing. First time getting tape in extensions, it is soft and silky and it did not firrzy it tangle and all. My friend who is and professional salon staff installed them and even she was shocked at how good they felt and she said it would hold up really well. The wavy hair is very natural and beautiful. Love them!

I really love it, they're so nice and amazing. Thay match my own hair perfectly, medium brown is very natural and the material of them feels so good although I cannot identify whether they're real human hair professionally, but actually I feel they have not much differences with my hair. They're soft and don't tangle. Also the price is fantastic with the high quality of the extensions.

Absolutely disappointed with my order. I placed an order for wavy hair to then be told a few days later that would I accept curly instead as the wavy was low in stock, so I politely agreed. To find it is extremely curly, very dry thin course and frizzy the moment you touch it. Absolutely disgraceful and looks horrible. I have emailed, but they are asking for a photo which is fine, but this will not rectify the situation. First time I have ordered from them and regretted it. I will be taking matters further.

These extensions have more hair, the quality of the hair is incredibly soft, haven't seen any fallout, and the color match is almost perfect, which is hard to do for me because my hair has just naturally changed to an almost black color over the years. I bought the dark brown. The clips on the extensions are sturdy, but don't make your head hurt. I'd highly recommend these considering the quality and price. You definitely get more than what you pay for.

This product was better than what I expected, given the price. I wanted something to add volume to my hair so I didn't have to tease it. The color I ordered was pretty close to my own, but to make a perfect match, my hair stylist colored my hair the same shade. The extensions now blend in perfectly. I also had her cut the extensions to match my hair length, which is shoulder length.

Great extensions for the cost. The are a little thin at the ends but not super stringy looking. I trimmed about an inch off with a razor and it the extensions a natural look and texture. I love that these dont stay pin straight either after washing. I have wavy hair and just letting the extensions air dry worked beautifully with my texture.

Excellent quality hair at an amazing price! The stylist I went to was floored when I told her what I paid! This is the second set I’ve purchased and the first set lasted months and were removed and reset twice they only ended up needing replaced because I was sleeping improperly and getting tangled and then using the wrong brush making it worse. I bought a silk wrap to wear at night and a loop brush made for extensions and haven’t had a single problem since. I highly recommend these to anyone who wants beautiful long thick hair

Wonderful hair! Nice and full! Color is exactly what it should be. Nice blend of bother colors, not too chunky. Ive bought a few items from PARAHAIR and havent been disappointed! Been doing extensions for over 10 years as a professional & i will keep ordering this brand! Also love their tape in's much more hair per piece than other brands.
