Excellent customer service. After visiting a number of local stores we returned to Park Furnishers to purchase our new bed. Neil was extremely helpful and informative in assisting us in our decision of which bed to purchase. After 2 visits to the showroom at Eastgate Retail Park, Bristol I went today to order a recliner sofa and chair.
Having previously been assisted by Paul, Neil handled things today.
Both staff have been friendly, helpful and informative, helping me to make choices. Well worth a visit if you are looking for furniture. Recommended.

Bought lounge furniture today. It was a lovely experience. We felt fully informed by the manager. Nothing was too much trouble. Ian the manager greeted us and was really helpful and was able to answer all the questions we had. His knowledge of his business was really good and when we bought we felt confident In making the decision.

Neil was very helpful and accommodating. He knew everything about the products and genuinely a very nice chap. Would highly recommend him and the shop. Great customer service.

I have been a customer of Park Furnishers for over 20 years and now is the time for my daughter to furnish her first home. Due to the customer care and quality of products Park Furnishers was the first store we visited. Neil the Sales Person was very friendly and introduced himself as soon as we entered the store. He then left us to browse the store whilst my daugher decided on the sofas she wanted. Once the decision was made Neil went through all the different options available to her and was very knowledgeable, being able to anwer all the questions put to him.

We have always loved Park Furniture and havw bought many a item from them. We visited with the purpose of buying pillows, which we did ... but also a new sofa ! We were assisted by Neil, he knew his stuff, helped and guided us with his knowledge in our purchase. Thank you for taking the time with us. Would always recommend them to anyone, they are now owned by Leekes and this is another company we buy from. Its nice to have the small family run shop to go to for quality and customer service

Having previously bought a Hypnos Exmoor double mattress and been very happy with it we decided to go back to Park Furnishers and buy the same mattress again in a single size along with a single bed frame.

Both times we have received excellent customer service from Neil who was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. We would definitely recommend Park Furnishers.

We came into the store today & were greeted by 2 wonderful gentlemen’s called Neil & Paul. Amazing service and knowledge of the items we purchase, we brought many items and they neatly and carefully packed all the items for us and helped us to our vehicle, thank you both so much for your help, will definitely purchase from this store in the future.

The layout is thoughtfully designed, allowing you to look, compare, and contrast pieces without feeling rushed or crowded.

Customer care was excellent. Ian struck the perfect balance between giving us space to browse at our own pace and being available when we needed help. His product knowledge was impressive, he clearly explained the different options, helping us make an informed decision that suited both our needs and budget.

There’s a fantastic variety of fabrics to choose from, and what really stood out was the lack of any pushy sales tactics around extras or aftercare. It felt like an environment where you can truly buy with trust, supported by honest advice and genuine customer service.

My 92 yr old mum purchased some furniture from the Eastgate store.. We were served by Neil. He was lovely. A very kind and patient man, who was very respectful to my mum. Top marks!
