Went to look at sofas was met by Neil who was very friendly and helpful he looked after us very well would recommend to everyone

Recently helped my mum to purchase new suite and was helped by Kieran and James. Both were very kind and understanding. Mum is on her own and was quite worried about the whole experience, however was quickly reassured and put at ease.

My partner and I are buying our first home, so as you can imagine we needed quite a bit of guidance. Kieran was incredibly helpful, kind and understanding. He clearly had lots of expertise and knew every piece of furniture to a T. We walked into the store not knowing what kind of dining table we wanted and walked out with the perfect one - all thanks to Kieran guiding us through it all :)

The place itself is fabulous and has lots of different furniture on display - from tables to sofas to beds and mattresses.

Highly recommend a visit here if you need something for your home.

Paul was extremely helpful and friendly and gave fantastic advise on helping me choose our sofa . There was no pressure and he was very knowledgeable . Ian the manager was also extremely helpful when I returned to confirm colour choices . Fantastic shop with lovely staff thank you all

The store was well organised.
Kieran was excellent in assisting me with my specific needs for a sofa and nothing was too much trouble (unlike some other places). There was no pressure selling either.
I have had furniture from them in the past and it has always been good quality.
I would recommend them.

From walking in to the store, it was very well laid out and easy to find the product areas we were interested in. Neil was very attentive and helpful with good product knowledge. He had the rare skill of being able to provide help and advice without being 'pushy' or 'driven' for the sale. The whole process was enjoyable and made purchasing the items painless!
Having used the store many times over the last 20 years, the new location in Eastgate Retail Park (next to Ikea) is easily accessible from the M32 with plenty of parking. The follow up contact with Ian has also been very good to keep us informed of the arrival and collection/delivery of our orders

Recently ordered some Garden Furniture over the phone due to some issues with ordering online. I was connected with Neil, who was quickly able to source the item I was looking for. He arranged financing, a courier service and delivery to Yorkshire.

I am yet to receive the item due to delivery lead times but I am really happy with the service provided by Neil. Would absolutely recommend and looking forward to receiving our items! Thanks so much.

My mum (Moya Marks) saw James in Park furnishers and he introduced himself to her and her friend, he was not at all pressuring, he let her look at her own leisurely pace and when she needed help he was there. She said He was incredibly friendly and helpful, an asset to the company in her opinion.

This company is known for its customer service and the quality of its merchandise. Our visit on Monday fulfilled our expectations so we bought a sofa.
Ian, the Manager was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

Excellent service by Neil, full attention to provide what we needed even though what we spent this time was only a fraction of what we spent before - and probably will again. The go-to place for furniture, bathroom suites etc. Top marks.

We have not yet taken delivery of our furniture but our experience to date with Park Furnishers has been excellent. Kieran could not have been more helpful and more accommodating.

We have just bought a sofa and additional chairs from Parkes with great help and lots of information from Paul, sales consultant. We didnt feel under pressure but he was very attentive. The range on offer wasn't huge but Parkes had just what were looking for - quality at a fair price. Items yet to be delivered but we are hopeful of it being a good buy.
