Would give 10 stars if possible!! We have never had such excellent service from anywhere. Ian went above and beyond. Very professional, knowledgable, friendly and no pushy sales tactic. He was very patient and helpful with our choice. Took the time to listen and point us in the right direction. Couldn’t have asked for more. Great product too. Also Neil deserves a mention for his patience too and for making a good cuppa.

Bought a sofa and recliner chair last year. After 3 mths the chair recliner was looking very badly bobbled. Called to ask someone to come out and see but got put through to Leekes. Found out that Park Furnishers was now owned by Leekes...sales service from guys at Parks was excellent. Aftershales from Leekes was awful. Short version is my chair now 9mths old looks 9 years old and Leekes have not been interested saying its not a manufacturing fault and bobbling is normal suggesting I should buy a de bobbler! I have never had issues with other suites so feel this was inferior material used. I'm left with a chair that looks awful and a big lesson in not trusting all the hype of a family run business that cares about thier customers. Would not recommend these companies to anyone as once they got your money they wipe thier hands.

Outstanding Service – Truly Went Above and Beyond
We were absolutely delighted with the furniture we purchased from Park Furnishers. Around six months after our purchase, we experienced an issue with the power lead on our reclining chair. I visited the store and spoke to a member of the team – I believe his name was Kieran – who was incredibly helpful and professional.
He went above and beyond to keep me informed throughout the process of sourcing and delivering a replacement power pack. His communication was excellent, and it genuinely felt like he cared about resolving the issue and ensuring we were happy.
This kind of customer service is rare and very much appreciated. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Park Furnishers – both for the quality of their products and their exceptional aftercare.

Visited Eastville store and was helped by Paul Evans. Paul was professional friendly and courteous. He helped us navigate the numerous options. We ended up purchasing a corner sofa, 2 chairs and 4 bar stools. I have no complaints and would definitely visit again.

Went in to look for bedroom furniture. Choice on display was white or dark grey although light grey was an option. Neil arranged a sample of this to be sent to us. It arrived a couple of days later. We ended up buying 2 bar stools, one of which had to be sent down from Birmingham. Again efficiently arranged by Neil. What great service!

We came to collect some bar stools but came away having also bought a Stressless footstool. Neil helped us with our collection and guided us through the selection of our footstool. He was friendly without exerting excess pressure.

Wish we had found this store before. Great selection of furniture and beds. We just went for a look around and and ended up with a new sofa and set of garden dining furniture. Good quality at reasonable prices. The service was at the right level, helpful, informative but not pushy. Kieran knew when to leave us on our own to think about what we wanted but was always on hand and make the sale a stressless process. And he makes a good cuppa as well!! We will be back !

Paul made us very welcome when we went to look at garden furniture. He has a friendly personality and although extremely helpful did not pressure us. It was a very pleasant experience.

I bought a mattress on 22/5/25,Kieran served me,he was very helpful and patient,then on 10/7/25 I bought a bed base,and Ian served me,he was also very helpful and patient. I would definitely recommend this Store.

Most of my furniture has been purchased over the years from Park Furnishers as I’ve always been very pleased with the quality and the level of good service; I haven’t been in the store for a good while now but today I found it a good shopping experience all round. Kieran Donaghy was so helpful from the start, he showed me every sofa that I had on my list, talked me through the various fabrics I could have etc, even made my friend and I a cup of coffee! He was so obliging, knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. I purchased 2 sofas so came out of the store very pleased and relieved that I didn’t have to look elsewhere!

Neil was very helpful explaining everything clearly. He even helped with colour choices for the sofa and cushions we were buying and made sure we knew about any extras that might be needed for those and for the mattresses which were also in our purchases.

Purchased new sofas at the weekend, after two previous visits to check colour and layout options. During our visits we were met by Kieran, Paul and Ian. All very helpful, giving us lots of options, but not pushy in any way. We will be back for dining furniture soon. Would absolutely recommend Park Furnishers.

Neil gave us great advice and information and wasn't a pushy salesman. He left us alone to walk around and try all the sofas and was always on hand as required. Really nice guy.
