Fantastic customer service
The buying and delivery process was super easy and fast, but where PicStop have excellend was dealing with an issue I had - no fault of their own, rather a defective part from the manufacturer. After a breif chat online, Gary from PicStop arranged for the supplier to send out a replacement - and this all happened within 24 hours.
I will 100% be using PicStop again, fantastic service.

Fantastic customer service!
A huge thank you to both Gary and Paul for their outstanding customer service. I had a couple of inquiries regarding the ‘Vaonis Vespera II Smart Telescope’ and the prompt responses was very much appreciated. They both went above and beyond throughout the sales process and even after purchase. Telescope delivered within 1 day, same with stand, purchased separately.

Would recommend this company
Just reviewing my accounts and came across PicStop account. They do not have "Delete account" button like some companies, but still after emailing them yesterday they acted very swiftly and today my account has been removed. I only ever placed few orders with them, but everything was great incl. product, delivery etc. Would definitely recommend them.

What a fantastic company to deal with
What a fantastic company to deal with, they went on and above for us. After my son Chris ordered a telescope, ordered by mistake.
Royal Mail were being a royal pain when we tried to return the telescope and so the guys at Picstop organised the whole return and refund for us. I would highly recommend this company.
