I honestly didn't know who to talk to, mostly because I was completely overwhelmed and didn’t know where to turn. But then I was helped by a truly fantastic lady called Lauri, and everything changed.

I was absolutely in a mix‑up, unsure who to speak to or what to do next. Lauri stepped in with such professionalism, kindness, and genuinely caring advice that she instantly put me at ease. She sorted everything out quickly and made the whole experience feel effortless.

The telephone was answered very quickly and I was immediately greeted by a very pleasant and helpful Laurie Bastable - PMAS Membership queries department. It wasn't a box standard query but Laurie was very helpful,and gave me so much information and re-sent emails I had lost or couldn't find and was very reassuring and I am now fully converse with my healthcare plan. What a top guy Keith Marchant is at Police Mutual. I needed to phone in to make a complicated change to my car insurance. Keith answered and was a complete gent and a true professional. He was so informed about car insurance and put my mind at ease that he would sort everything out. He certainly did in super quick fashion and saved me a lot of money in the process. I have been with PMAS for a very long time and always have confidence that insurance matters are handled correctly. Today I needed to change one named driver for another, but with the complication that the new name was not in the same location as myself and so they had to phone PMAS separately to provide details of driving history etc. The operators merged the necessary information with great patience and efficiency and when I rang back to confirm the changes, they even informed me that I was due a small refund! It is the pleasant and helpful staff who make it a so re-assuring to deal with PMAS

I applied for a quote on line. I was surprised to get a telephone call, acknowledging this and asking if I required any help. At that time I did not. However, later that evening I realised I had made a mistake concerning the start date. The following day I telephoned to have the matter corrected and was very pleased to speak to a gentleman who was very understanding, most helpful and the matter was resolved very quickly.
