POP telecom Reviews 

Signed up to POP telecom for broadband after reading reviews, as just needed a 12 month deal. The support of a telephone call centre was also key to my decision, as I’m not the best with IT. Straight away I needed them for help with the installation due to my lack of IT knowledge. I got through to the technical team very quickly and then spoke with Cherry. The speed and helpful of service was extraordinary and second to none. Cherry was so helpful and patient and wanted everything covered before ending the call. Speeds were good but the service and attention to detail with a personal approach was exceptional. Thank-you Cherry for such help and POP for having such wonderful people who show true care.

Cris dealt with my query promptly and without any issues. I am truly grateful to her for sorting out my problem.

Thank you cherry for sorting out my broadband, very friendly helpful and clear in understanding what to do at my end

No internet on several occasions so eventually asked as to when my partners contract would end. I was told that it had already ended but she had not been notified. Instead, she was put onto a "standard" contract that cost another £10 / month so I asked for a price on a new contract and was told £40 / month. I decided to look around and found a deal with Sky at £34 / month with a £100 voucher. No brainer so I decided to swop. I was then told that I had to give 30 days notice at a cost of £41 even though I was out of contract. On top of that I was told to return my router within 14 days . If I did not return my router I would be charged £79 and if I did not pay then the bailiffs would be sent to collect. I would suggest that anyone thinking of moving to Poptel might think again. Following the post by poptel which asked me to contact their customer support , that is what I have done. They have confirmed everything that I said in the first place.

It is a pleasure discussing my problem with Josie and having listened to me Josie immediately set about to resolve the problem and in no time she was able to successfully resolve it.
I found Josie to be a good listener and also resolved my problem very efficiently and professionally.
She is an asset to the Poptelecom.

Yes there were really friendly and very helpful. Cherry rang me back later in the day as promised. Although my problem was not solved in one way, she gave me the correct advice and later managed to rectify the matter as it was a fault with my computer not Poptels fault, top marks Cherry for your patience as I am not very IT minded at the age of 78.
