All y issues were solved efficiently

Alfred sorted my landline problem ( via Chat function) and then called me back personally ( at my request to check incoming calls were working) and was friendly and professional. Thank you Alfred.

We had problems with our landline, Chris got to work on this immediately and within minutes had sorted out the problem. While talking to Chris he managed to increase our Mbps speed, very impressive.

Cris was helpful, patient, and persevered to get the job done. Thanks Cris. 👍

Andrew provided a very quick response and was patient throughout. Andrew explained actions very well and communicated well throughout including calling to ensure the fault had been rectified. Very satisfied.

Today I had reason to contact my Internet/Phone service
POP telecom as I had intermittent loss of contact with my Internet service. I spoke to Cherry who was able to fix the problem. Cherry was very polite, Professional knowledgeable and pleasant. At one point my call failed but Cherry quickly rang me back and continued with her excellent service. (Try getting that call back when dealing with other types of business) Thank you Cherry your service is 5 star!

Cris was very helpful and sorted out my problem with ease, he also gave advice if the problem should arise again which was much appreciated.

I just had my first experience with Pop Telecom customer service and I'm very impressed. There was no wait time and Cherry was so helpful, knowledgeable and lovely. She took me through all the steps to connect my box and I now have fiber! Super efficient

Fast WiFi! The customer support from Alfred was very helpful with the home set up.

Supported by Alfred today and had the whole issue resolved within 15 minutes. Very easy clear instruction and a seamless fix!

Got off to a tricky start - but they followed through. Kit didn't arrive in time for my day off/installation, BUT they kept on pushing for a solution. Customer Service - Cris, Alfred, Josie were excellent, but I don't believe they're really in Essex :-)
