This company have been awful. The router is low quality. The broadband is intermittent at best. The customer service seems to be subbed out halfway across the world and you get passed from pillar to post to then speak to someone reading a script.

They have no interest in customer service. And to top it off they want their router back at MY cost at the end of the contract! SKY and BT send prepaid packaging for the equipment. It shows how unprofessional and anti-customer POP Telecom are.

I would not trust the false positive reviews. This company is awful, plain and simple.

Do not waste your time and money.

I had an excellent experience with POP Telecom, especially thanks to Cris.

He was extremely understanding, professional, and clear throughout the whole process. He took the time to explain everything, answered all of my questions, and resolved my issue promptly.

I’ve now received all of the equipment, the installation was straightforward, and my internet is up and running perfectly.

Spoke with Alfred to fix my mum's new digital phone line. There was an issue with the transfer however Alfred kept me informed of the process and pushed the transfer through for my mum, when fixed he called and spoke to mum to reassure her and called me to confirm the job was done.
