The whole process has been terrible
The whole process has been terrible. From the salesperson measuring and advising where the system to go to then being told by the installer that it can’t. Then the batteries were installed but couldn’t be completed because they brought the wrong equipment. Then another person came and had to re-wire a lot because it wasn’t done correctly, and then a technician turns up and says he has been asked to check a fault which he couldn’t find and the very next day we get an email saying there is a fault and we need to check the wiring and switch everything off. The batteries are supposedly one of the best on the market which is part of the reason we went with this company but the service is ridiculously poor. One more fault or issue and I’ll be requesting the system be removed at their cost and not mine.

PowerSmart Solutions is a great company to deal with. The sales team were very efficient and pleasant and happy to answer all my questions.
Once I had decided to go ahead, the main office had an instillation team here, in a couple of days. They did such a good job and my new battery is working perfectly!

Easy to deal with
Only thing is to make sure that the sales pitch and the actual practical side is saying the same thing. The electricians I had(Kyle and his team) were easy to deal with and did a great and tidy job. As a Electrotechnology teacher at Tafe, I looked at the work differently than other people and I was real happy.

Very professional from start to finish! Everything was so easy and no fuss with PowerSmart. All staff have been helpful and efficient. No hassles with any of the installation guys.

The whole process was great, a friendly and professional team, all done thoroughly. The system is great, I'm paying almost nothing for electricity right through winter with electric hot water and home heating. Leading into summer, free aircon during the day, couldn't ask for more.
