The first time I have used Printerbase when purchasing a HP Laser Printer for home use. Easy to order on line and got the printer the following day - could not ask for more. Pricing was very competitive.
First class service thereafter with a follow up call originally to run through the order details and ensure the printer was appropriate for the intended application, then a follow up call to check all was good and the extended warranty had been registered.
Special call it for Steve K the account manager who was a credit to the business.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone in the market for a printer / printer peripherals to use Printerbase.

Great experience from company regarding my new printer purchase and a big shout out to Caroline for her follow up call to see how I was getting on and to remind me to register my printer for its warranty through manufacture and for ink supplies etc.

I am very disappointed with Printerbase Ltd. I ordered a Brother HL-1110 printer because their website clearly stated it was in stock. However, several days after placing my order, I received an email saying the item was actually unavailable. To make matters worse, the staff member who contacted me didn't even bother to apologize for the inconvenience or the misleading information on their site. Very unprofessional service. I wouldn't recommend them if you need reliable stock updates or basic customer courtesy.

Firstly, your website explicitly stated the Brother HL-1110 was in stock at the time of purchase. Labeling this as a 'system issue' doesn't change the fact that it is misleading to consumers.
Secondly, you mentioned that your team called with a 'resolution.' To be clear, the 'alternatives' offered were two different models, both of which were nearly 100% more expensive than the one I ordered. Attempting to upsell a customer to a product at double the price after failing to fulfill an order is not a resolution; it’s poor practice.
Lastly, I stand by my comment regarding the lack of courtesy. Not once during the initial call or email did the staff member offer an apology for the error or the inconvenience caused. Real customer service starts with taking responsibility, not just investigating 'procedures' after a public review is posted. I have already taken my business elsewhere.

Amazing service! They called me up to check in best delivery times and then also discussed cartridges (which I hadn't ordered). It wasn't a hard sell but good advice as to OEM versus non OEM versus even cheaper options, the benefits of each (including the impact on the printer Warranty).
They gave the sort of added value that you rarely experience today through on-line ordering and that big giant we all order too much from!
Use these guys - they're friendly, honest and competitively priced!

Great company to deal with. Canon Pixma G650 with Black Friday discount was in stock and is happily up and running after a hiccup with delivery. I ordered a Canon multifunction printer on-line because they had good reviews and a better price than Amazon. They phoned me before delivery to ask what I was going to use it for and told me the bad points about it as well as the good points. In the end I went ahead but asked them to delay the delivery by a few days because I was going to be out the following day. It arrived as scheduled but what I was stunned about was that they then phoned me up and told me that Canon had just brought in an offer of 30% off of that printer and since they had not despatched it at the time the offer came in, they were going to credit me with £120, being the 30% discount. There was absolutely no reason why they needed to do that. They have my business now and I have recommended them to all of my friends.

I highly recommend this company. From the off, Elaine was particularly incredibly helpful with processing my orders. I came stuck when my initial printer was not compatible. However, the team were quick to assist with ensuring I received a swift collection and full refund. Elaine supported me with promptly organising compatible printers to be delivered the next day. She then highlighted about registering my printers to get the 3 years warranty, and if it wasn't for her, I would have missed out on this!
