After purchasing my plan
After purchasing my plan. I still haven't received my welcome package promised. You have already taken payment for this in September. I'm a little concerned as I took my plan out in July.

We were kept in the loop of when the cremation would be held.
When the ashes were returned were informed beforehand, contacted on the day to confirm the return.

Good clear service
The lady on the phone was really helpful and explained everything very well, however we still do not have our vouchers and was not offered any kind of discount for buying two polices at one time which was disappointing

Applying for a pure cremation
Obviously I’ve never done this before 🤣so was a bit worried about filling in the form but it was easy,got emails and letters with what happens etc,very fast service indeed I highly recommend pure cremation 🙌🙌🙌🙌
