Pure Cremation was the pioneer in funerals that ordinary people could choose at a cost nowhere near the extortionate prices through high street undertakers
When 4 years ago I rang to enquire about my funeral plan the operator took as long as I wanted for details I could ask any question and got good answers which helped me to set up a plan I was definitely told that the plan did not include a service at the crematorium but if my family decided that should they wanted one a fee would be charged
I was most definite on this as being some miles from their own crematorium and given how we as a family feel about contrived funerals to not have a service was the right choice for us The money saved would be for my family to arrange a get together to suit them
I couldn’t believe when I read that someone who expected Pure Cremation to lay on a do for their loved one inclusive in the cost
For the nitpicking of words to have reached trying to sully the company is beyond me and there should of been a survey of how many customers like me would have said the same I suppose that rivalry is always going to happen so when Karma serves I hope those who tried to cause unrest realise that this was publicity for Pure Cremation good or bad hopefully encouraged more people to join This was so transparent but then again some people want more and more for their money they don’t see it’s just not viable Prices are in competition with high street undertakers and are a low as is possible Sad world when some have to pick fault out of what should be a stressful time anyway Shame on you
I’ve recommended so many people word of mouth about Pure Cremation and no I’ve not claimed any money to do so The ratings say it all Pure Cremation maintain their position of being the top in their field and rivals who jumped on the bandwagon will find that this smear campaign will hit them probably sooner or later
