Unwilling to replace broken hose after two month's use.
I've had the Purewick for two months. I called because the connector on the end of the hose that attaches to the wick became disconnected. The hose is still usable, but the risk of the hose becoming disconnected, especially while sleeping, has greatly increased. I was told that since it was not yet time for the Medicare-paid hose replacement, I would have to pay out of pocket. I asked why I would have to pay for something that broke after two months of use. Agent said she would have to contact another department to see if they could do anything, but they were closed at the time. This is ridiculous. The correct response to this type of call is, "I'm sorry. We will send out a replacement hose immediately." Customer service is dead.

The ONLY thing I don't like is running out of wicks at end of 30 days, last month I was short 2 wicks before the shipment came.
