I love that RA Fischer works with Medicare and is able to get my supplies shipped directly to me each month. I just wish I could sign up for months at a time. I cannot access emails due to my disability so I have to have a friend approve the order each month and I feel bad that she has to do this. (I have asked her to type this reply!)

Everything is good except for when we reorder. I do it as soon as I get text or email and takes days to process and am without catheters for 2 days.

Machine vibrates very noisily. Otherwise great.
I love using pure wick.
However my machine is incredibly noisy. When I contacted your company, I was told you would do something about it if it didn't provide suction, but no accommodation for noise.
