I really like using the PureWick device and I appreciate the reminders to reorder the consumable items and how easy it is to place orders.
However, because I am a woman with a name that is usually a man's name and because my billing address and shipping address are not the same, getting started was a little bumpy. The woman on the telephone was both pleasant and helpful.
