I had to phone up my insurer to go over some policy documents. I was put through to Cheryl Austin who understood what was needed quickly, and carried out the request incredibly speedily and pleasantly.

I created an issue by giving inaccurate no claims details, I rang the company to ammend these and spoke to Ace V , what a lovely agent, very helpful to resolve the issue and very pleasant to talk too

They are trying to charge me £81 more after purchasing the policy saying I put down sp36 not sp30 for my husbands speeding fines but on the comparison website I put sp36 inciting sp30 so really the same thing as he had to do 36mph or more to get the speeding fine in a 30 zone. James at customer service was very condescending and talked over me when i tried to explain saying id have to take it up with comparison website. Poor service and only day one..disappointing.

Yes speaking to Cheryl Austin was very welcoming and pleasant. She went through the whole process though I giggled that insurances are becoming too expensive, still because of her expertise and friendly manners it was easy for me to accept everything.
More brokers like Cheryl Austin…a big YES….!

I would have given a minus review if possible. Daylight robbery! I called to see if driving other cars was included and was told they couldn't tell me until I've taken out the policy. I need to be able to drive my partners car from time to time. I noticed the 14 day cooling off period so decided to take out the policy and hope for the best knowing I could get a refund. Obviously, it's not included and told out of my £155 deposit I'm being refunded £9! AVOID AVOID AVOID!

My first experience with Right Choice Insurance Brokers. I was directed to them from price comparison website. They gave the best deal on my Chinese XpengG6, may insurers don't know of the care and don't provide a competitive quote. Kirsty the rep was great providing an efficient route to setting up the insurance. So far so good. I shall see how they perform in the future should I need to make a claim or have queries...that would be a better test of the company.

I had an issue whilst completing the payment for the new policy so i had to call and query what was happening. The lady who helped listened and managed to get the issues resolved quickly and efficiently. Great service!!

Really helpful cleared up my situation swiftly

Customer service is really good got through on the phone less than 5 minutes and the advisor helped me as quickly as possible. I have just got a policy with them that hasn’t even started and the service is great.

I've been using RCIB for a number of years. I get the same lady each time and the process is simple and quick and I always get a good deal. It saves me loads of time and effort.

Easy and quick to set up car insurance

Unfortunately having to rewrite my review due to the stressful and unrelenting issues I’ve had
I’ve now have my insurance policy threatened to be cancelled even though I have no outstanding charges and have this confirmed twice in writing
I’m honestly so tired of speaking to RCIB customer service about all of these issues and charges I would honestly rather pick any other insurance broker unless you want a regular part of your week to be taken up with constant back and forth- I’ve had this policy for a month and have never had these kind of issues before
