Good platform and feel reassured when using it

What didn’t!
It was a Sunday.. my message answered and dealt with promptly.
I’d made the error, but this was no problem to the advisor who dealt with.
2 days later, all sorted and money back in my account….
Excellent customer service all round.

I had a problem with my purchase for which I reached out to Customer Services, they listened to my issue and within 24hrs were able to resolve. Thanks for the great service. Ive saved a lot of money with Rewards its such a good scheme and easy to use, thanks

Had in issue with one of the eGift cards, which I no longer needed, and their customers service was first class.
They understood my situation and got the refund within couple of day.

I did redeem the code of below compliment select code for £250 and another for £250 and £150. Where can I get the Gift Card Number and Pin Code?

Also after I redeem the Complimentary Code, there’s no follow-up email either through my personal email, office email or message for the Gift card number and Pin Code. I did message Ernest Jones, they advised me to check with third party provider which I believe is your company?

My chosen E Gift is to Ernest Jones. The Order Reference for 3 - E Gift are Order Ref 26691698 for £150 Order Ref 26691696 for £500.

My workplace gifted me some money to spend through this company. I wanted to buy through Amazon which they offer as a service.
It was very convoluted - basically I chose an item and had to pay extra to Reward Gateway to get a gift voucher from Amazon. Why they can’t just sell an Amazon Gift voucher I don’t know.
Anyway I got confirmation of what had been paid for but when I went into my Amazon account the voucher wasn’t showing.
Went in a long chat with this company to see what had happened - too them several days to reply and they said I had to contact Amazon.
Amazon have no record of a voucher being used and are asking for info I don’t know and this company haven’t given me.
At the moment this appears to be fraud. They have the money my company gave them and the money I gave them - Amazon never got it.
Doing a charge back at my bank but the money my company gave me appears to have gone.

I will update this if anything comes from it.
UPDATE 10/6/26 company don’t reply to me so I have initiated a charge back with my bank. Looks like I have lost the voucher my workplace gave me but at least I’m going to get my own money back.
Would really recommend people stay clear of this company and handle reward schemes with someone else or manage it internally.
UPDATE 14/6 company still blaming Amazon but I have proved it’s not their fault so bank chargeback has been done and I’ve lost my money.

Very simple and straightforward to claim, even for somebody with a brain injury 🙂

I had an issue with a B&Q gift card that could not be used on products sold by third-party verified sellers. Although this restriction was mentioned in the offer terms, it was not obvious at the time of purchase and caused inconvenience.

After contacting customer support, Lazar responded promptly, clearly explained the reason for the issue, and went above and beyond by arranging an exception and cancelling the code with the retailer. My refund was processed immediately and I was informed when to expect the funds back in my account.

While the original experience was frustrating, I appreciate the professional handling of my case and the willingness to find a solution. Thank you, Lazar, for the excellent customer service.

Thier subdivision Your Reward Pass is a disgrace. The virtual mastercard does not work anywhere. Terrible reviews for the service.

Very easy to use

Very easy and a lot of retailers to use it.

Vouchers often come with a significant amount of small print — such as “in-store only” restrictions and various exclusions — so it’s important to read the terms carefully before using them. In my experience, they can end up costing more than they save, in just wasted vouchers

I would recommend using them, if I was a company looking to provide benefits as the limitations tend to outweigh any perceived benefit.

Additionally, my experience with customer support was disappointing. Gabriella B on the helpline came across as rude and unhelpful, which made resolving a simple query unnecessarily difficult.

It was straight forward to complete the voucher form and the company is really doing great to help a lot of families that really needs their help. Thank you very much!

Customer service was amazing after contacting them with an issue regarding a supplier , quick response and positive outcome , all within 2 days at the most. Lovely friendly staff .

Very clear what you have to do,quick and easy

I had an issue with a B&Q gift card purchased through Reward Gateway. The problem was that some products on the B&Q website are sold by third-party sellers, similar to how Amazon Marketplace works, and the gift card could not be used for those items.

While this information was included in the offer details, I felt it wasn't particularly clear when making the purchase and was easy to miss. As a result, I ended up with a gift card that I couldn't use for the item I wanted.

I contacted Reward Gateway and was assisted by Spas, who was professional, understanding, and genuinely helpful throughout. Although the situation fell outside of the normal policy, he took the time to review the circumstances, arranged for the gift card to be cancelled as an exception, and processed a refund.

The resolution was fair, communication was excellent, and I really appreciated the effort made to help.

It's refreshing to deal with someone who genuinely wants to help and keeps you informed every step of the way. A great example of customer service done properly.
