Arch RoamRight will refund all of your premiums paid if you cancel coverage within the time specified, provided you have not already filed a claim under the travel insurance plan.

Charla the insurance customer service representative spoke clearly and was patient when I asked her to repeat info and she tried to explain it in layman's terms. Insurance policy specifics can be complex and she as very helpful.

Best and most efficient travel insurance EVER.
I needed to cancel because my traveling companion was ill.
I dreaded dealing with the insurance company. My last experience with another travel company was awful. Great surprise with RoamRight. What a terrific company! Within two weeks everything was settled and I received my refund.
Additionally I needed to contact them again with a slight complication on my end. A two minute conversation fixed it.
I cannot be more impressed with Arch and with GateOne Travel which partners with them. Such a great experience, even though I didn't get to see India.

Arch RoamRight denied our claim when the trip company cancelled the trip
This was the first time we ever took travel insurance. We booked a Germany Bike and Barge trip and their website recommended Arch RoamRight. The Bike and Barge trip was cancelled because of the low level of the Rhine River due to the Europe drought which also led to low bookings for the company. We filed a claim with Arch RoamRight to cover the cost of our airfare and 3 nights worth of hotels. Our claim was denied because "low bookings" is not a valid cancellation reason. What? Our trip was cancelled! Why does the reason why the company cancelled the trip have anything to do with whether our claim is honored? We are very disappointed in Arch RoamRight.
