Your satisfaction is important. That’s why we offer a money-back guarantee*, which allows you to cancel your travel insurance plan within 14 days from your effective date of coverage** or before your scheduled departure date, whichever comes sooner.
Arch RoamRight will refund all of your premiums paid if you cancel coverage within the time specified, provided you have not already filed a claim under the travel insurance plan.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. You can email your request to customerservice@roamright.com.
*Not available to residents of New York and Washington.
**Residents of Indiana have up to 30 days from the effective date of coverage.

Lorie is very helpful. The renewal of my annual policy is done efficiently. Lorie gave me warning that this is my last renewal of the annual policy with RoamRight due to my age. So I have one year to think about what to do after this policy expires.

I called the toll free number twice. Once to get a better understanding of benefits — I spoke with Lori. The second time was to purchase two packages (1 each for me and my sister).
