We recently sold a property through Rook Matthews Sayer and the whole team in the Gosforth office were brilliant.
Whoever you called was able to give an update on how the sale was progressing and they also kept chasing everyone to try and ensure that the sale progressed as quickly as possible.
I would recommend without hesitation.

Moving is stressful at the best of times so having an estate agents with your best interests at heart and who really do look after you is critical.

Fortunately, the guys in the Gosforth branch of RMS really stepped up to the plate to help us. David came out and valued the property and was honest about our home and managed our expectations of what to expect. Ben took over and negotiated an amazing deal with our perspective buyers before finally the amazing duo of Eve and Natalie held my hand through the following stressful couple of months.

The team helped me through negotiations over different aspects of the house that needed sorting, as well keeping my blood pressure down when things got a bit tricky. They even chased my solicitor when they were letting us down.

Genuinely, the team at RMS were amazing throughout and I’m sure the sale would have taken longer with another estate agents.

Anyone wanting advice with their mortgages, life insurance etc I cant recommend Alistair at Astington RMS enough.

Micheal has been fantastic at explaining all the stages of applying and securing a mortgage to me as a first time buyer. He was transparent, discreet and personable. Micheal kept me informed at each stage the process through email and phone calls. He has been great at explaining all the extras that come with purchasing a house - like insurance and wills. Yet again, using RMS and in particular dealing with Alistair at the Ashington branch made the process easier, and gave more reassurance than other providers I’ve used in the past.
