I purchased the Orla round gingham cushion which had been further reduced in the sale. It has added a wonderful pop of colour to my grain sack armchair. Delivery was prompt and Rowen and Wren offer a really charming service

I bought a small wooden lamp and shade as a present for my daughter. It is solid, beautifully made and very tasteful aesthetically.

Rowen and Wren has become my go-to for furniture and “bit and pieces” for my home. Everything is so beautifully made and made to last generations, questions are answered quickly and helpfully by customer service and it’s just a wonderful all round experience.
I have always been someone who buys antique furniture because frankly I’ve never previously found anything that is new but is sufficient quality, fairly priced and suits my aesthetic. The detail and care that goes into each of their pieces is impressive.
I don’t usually leave reviews but I’ve now bought a LOT from Rowen and Wren and I feel like they have really earned this one!

I can’t recommend Rowan and Wren highly enough. Their after-sales team were absolutely fantastic — so helpful, polite and professional from start to finish.

The returns process was incredibly easy and completely hassle-free, which is such a refreshing change from dealing with companies that make returns unnecessarily difficult. Everything was handled quickly and efficiently, with excellent customer service throughout.

It’s clear that Rowan and Wren genuinely value their customers. I would definitely recommend buying online with them and wouldn’t hesitate to shop with them again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Bought 16 medium-sized Matt brass handles for our refurbished kitchen. They look great against maple wood. (You need to know that shorter screws are available.) The quality of the handles are exceptional. Not only do they look good but they feel comfortable when pulling open a drawer or door. Returns were easy as we experimented with different finishes and communication with Rowan and Wren was often thoughtful and efficient. We are very pleased. Thank you R&W.

Excellent service, quick delivery times and beautiful, beautiful items. We have used Rowen and Wren rails, hooks and knobs plus the lovely bath mats. Really adds the finishing touch.

I recently purchased the "Noah Linen Patchwork Quilt" from Rowen and Wren. The item itself is beautiful and well-made, but is unfortunately not composed of the materials stated on the website. On the purchase page, R&W states: "Sublimely soft, cosily enveloping and crafted from 100% linen" and highlights its "Natural Materials." However the item is in fact stuffed with 100% polyester fiber. Polyester fiber is notoriously friable and pollutes waterways during washing, exactly what I was trying to avoid in buying a "100% linen" product. It's quite annoying to pay a premium for what you think is going to be reliable product, and then receive a facade.

Lovely lovely things and the customer service was absolutely brilliant when I had an issue with my order the other day.

I bought the Wilbur Bathroom Shelf and was incredibly disappointed with the quality.

The screws are set far too close to the wood, meaning it's near impossible to screw them in without damaging the wood and therefore ruining the complete aesthetic. I paid for a professional to fix the shelf to the wall and they said it was a very bad design. In addition, the quality of the screws provided was low - the metal used was soft, meaning it was very hard to screw them in without scratching the metal.

The quality doesn't justify the price.

The customer service from Rowen & Wren is excellent, From placing the order to receiving the order, everything is thoughtful and bespoke.
With lovely individual products and a customer first approach it’s like your favourite high street gift shop.

I rarely write reviews, only when a service is exceptionally brilliant or incredibly bad. Unfortunately I am writing about the latter.

This should have been simple. Saw some beautiful door knobs and ordered them. They eventually turned up, but the two door knobs were not same. The company was fine sent me a return slip I sent them back and asked for another of the one I liked. It eventually arrived (it took 3 weeks). But there it was, hooray! Until I compared it to the one I’d kept and realised it was much smaller. Boo! So I contact the company and am now informed that the one in the size I like is not available and will not be until August. This happened at the end of May.

Three months seemed a long wait for a door knob so I went online and found something equally beautiful at a fraction of the price. It turned up within 3 days and were identical. Wow!

So deciding I no longer wanted to wait three months for R&W to get their act together decided to return the knobs to them.

What could go wrong now…. Oh yes, they decided to only refund me for one of the knobs.

It’s almost unbelievable how sloppy and incompetent their warehouse and customer service team are.

End of the day, it seems like a rubbish company with some slick marketing.

It was daunting to buy a sofa online without having tested it, but I couldn’t be more pleased!
The whole process was so easy and the communication with the delivery team was excellent. They were very accommodating and helpful when it came to the actual delivery date. The delivery itself was a great experience. They were efficient and careful.
The sofa itself is wonderful. The colour and the fabric are just as seen online. It is so comfortable and the quality of the craftsmanship is extremely high. I could not be happier with it.
