I've had a fantastic experience with Rubber Monkey. Their customer service has been outstanding from start to finish.
I had a few questions regarding an order, including a coupon issue and later some questions about pricing and stock availability. Every time I reached out, the team responded promptly, answered all of my questions clearly, and went out of their way to help. When there was a technical issue with the website that prevented me from using a discount code, they acknowledged the problem, fixed it quickly, and even arranged a refund so I still received the discount.
What impressed me most was how helpful and friendly they were throughout the process. That's the kind of customer service that's becoming increasingly rare these days.

Once I received the parcel (the DJI drone), it contained lots of study materials (online available), which the staff could told me about/mention that if I hadn't had the DJI drone before, the download apps, Academy/Tutorials, whcih I could be reviewing and studying before my parcel has arrived.

However, RM are being let down by their partners whose lack of service is glaring and obvious.
1. SHURE NZ made an error in dispatch - they've owned up to that one.
2. NZ Couriers are struggling!! Its hurting the RM brand. Im still waiting on a package from them six days from time of dispatch. For contrast, I received other goods from a supplier just down the road from Shure NZ within 24 hours door-to-door AK -Upper Hutt. NZ Couriers service and comms are poor!!
