When I phoned run rug to order was told what to do I followed instructions and it was easy the person I spoke to was very polite and helpful when my order arrived the next day I was delighted with the quality of the runners I received and can only say10 out of 10 for quality and price would recommend this company and will use again

Outstanding customer service
We inadvertently ordered the wrong hall runner from Runrug (we needed one with a non-slip backing). Just one phone call was all it took to arrange for a prompt free return of the product, a re-order of the one we should have bought, and a refund of the difference in price. Their customer service agent Joe Bloomfield was excellent and deserves recognition. We're also very pleased with the quality of the product. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Runrug to family and friends.
