Pathatic app no privacy policy today someone hacked my account add deducted all my money it's about 30k and 0% customer care i'll call the the customer help centre no one attending the call people are doing spam on it easily

Absolute trash experience more than 15 days now all staff is incompetent and unable to do or fix anything account unable to access money lost wont change number or anything

Fraudster, No email to contact point and only a form after suspension to get funds, no funds are back yet, i request every person got scammed must file a compalin against them in consumer court, not need to follow up but it definately put them in trouble.

Sadapay is Pakistan’s first useless app. They suspend your account without any proper reason, and when you try to contact support, they keep giving excuses instead of solving the issue. Payments are never returned, and their features are very limited compared to other apps. Honestly, they act more like scammers than a financial service. Thousands of freelancers have lost their hard-earned money because of Sadapay. Totally disappointing and untrustworthy!

I’ve been a Sadapay user for 3–4 years, and it’s generally worked fine aside from a few minor transactional hiccups. But a few days ago, I started seeing posts from people saying their balances were going negative, and now, on 24th March 2026, many accounts have been restricted. Their support is unreachable, there’s no presence on social media to offer any clarification, and their parent company, Papara, is under investigation for money laundering since last year.

Pathetic service ever!!!

It was one of the best services out there but as soon they were taken over by other company now even their services break down so often and they are doing a scam by saying the merchant charged back or charged double on your card which is a false claim at their end and even now their team is not even responding on time.

I think they really on a run now, I urge SBP/FIA/FBR to take strict actions against them.

Full fledged systematic scam.
Account got shut down.
Filled the form for funds.
Money wiped out.

They are fraud. Will deduct your amount and put in default list in State bank. Better to deactivate ASAP.

you will never see any other useless banking app than sadapay. Avoid this at any cost. They will make your acc balance in negative without any reason plus they will ban your account without any warning

Very bad app. Very bad customer service. Unable to use due biometric issue and there is no one to resolve it.

I was in the founders club, recently had low balance in my account, blocked my card on 2-3 failed charges. Poor app, useless links of re-instate form integrated, can’t even click that. Support team also sucks. In short, i am out of options without doing anything.

If someone asks me what the app is like, I will tell them it is a very bad, very slow, and very inefficient app.So tired and such a crappy helpline, this app of their simple payers is a very crappy app. I had a very bad experience. If I have used any bad app in my life, there will be no worse app than this. Such a crappy helpline and this app isTheir transactions are so bad and so bad and later they don't even listen to their customers and this is fraud and this is a scam app.😡😡😡

I emailed them several times, and their response is beyond pathetic. Their help is nonexistent. I would delete my account because of my dissatisfaction with this app, but they won't even let me do that.

SadaPay has no helpline number and no live chat support, and I have been waiting over 11 hours without any response. On top of that, card transactions take up to 3 days to appear in statements, which creates serious problems during urgent verifications. There is also no receipt provided for card payments, making it impossible to share proof with third parties when required. A digital banking service without proper support, timely records, or downloadable receipts is not reliable for critical financial needs.
