As someone who themself works in property development and rentals, my recent experience securing a rental property through Savills’ Guildford office has been exceptional. I would particularly highlight the outstanding support provided by both Leah and Jessica throughout the process.
From the outset, they both demonstrated a genuinely customer-focused approach. They took the time to understand my circumstances and requirements, offering clear guidance and ensuring that every stage of the process felt straightforward and well managed. Their communication was consistently prompt, personable and professional, which made what can often be a stressful experience feel seamless and well supported.

Friendly, thoughtful and professional staff , regular updates and communication

I have been a landlord for more than 5 years and have entrusted Cato Ng at Savills with the full management of my rental property. Over this half-decade, their service has remained consistently exceptional. They expertly handle all compliance checks, tenant referencing, and routine maintenance with zero hassle on my end. If you are looking for a reliable, professional estate agent to protect your investment, I cannot recommend them enough.

Our few past experiences with Savills have been excellent. Our most recent one with the Bath office was however not.

In a difficult market, the estate agent we were dealing with was I'm sorry to say, misleading about the real interest of vendors - Our home seem to be being used as a comparison with other properties they were being shown for 2nd viewings,and bullish about us continously lowering the asking price when they had a very interested viewer, stuck in a chain, who had previously been willing to consider a significantly higher price. Disappointing!

Maria is always very helpful with any support we have needed throughout our tenancy/with our landlord!

I have been a tenant in one of the Savills Properties in Reading, at Thames Quarter, for about 3 years and a half. I quickly understood they are overselling the "luxurious living", but the location was convenient not to want to move until buying a house. However, the worst part was the management they had in the last year. Every standard declined. What is worse is the lack of communication and respect from the management. Rent went up based on very random calculations, I had to chase for weeks to get an explanation that did not even make sense at the end. Now I am chasing for my deposit, the due date being already met. They have invoked all kind of issues and delays, but have not committed to a date. To me this is redest of flags if you want to move in there or do any business with them. If they are acting like this for a small amount, how would they be for much more?

Other than that, what you get in that building in Reading are the followings: cigarette smoke everywhere, dirty floors, lifts that don't work (sometimes 2 out of 3), poorly behaved tenants that throw things out of the window, endless "repairs" that don't actually fix anything, lack of accessibility at the main door, loud noises because of the low quality of the windows, a free sauna during summertime because how the flats heat up, a rent increase every year.

Sam at Savills was professional, efficient, helpful, and courteous throughout our home-buying experience. It was not an easy transaction, but she struck a good balance between protecting her clients' interests and providing us with outstanding service. She was honest, transparent, and communicative throughout the process, remaining calm and helpful, keeping things moving forward despite the challenges.

We are happily settled in our new home, thanks in no small part to Sam's hard work. We would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone buying or selling a property.

Daniel Hutchins was great in finding our home in Richmond for us. Always available for queries, very professional and efficient in every way. Would definitely use him again if we were to sell or buy again. Thank you Savills Richmond, the whole team there were fab!

Cato Ng has been our letting manager for the past three years. He's consistently been friendly, responsive, and genuinely willing to help. Even when matters took longer than expected, he remained patient and did his best to move things along. Overall, we've received a supportive, approachable service.

Sarah Fernandes was our Property Manager. She was an excellent property manager over our 3 year tenancy. She was prompt, professional, and her communication tone was always collaborative. We generally had normal house issues during our tenancy (leaky faucet, replacement window sash) but in one extraordinary circumstance where our radiator started leaking on a Saturday, Savills arranged an emergency plumber to come resolve it over the weekend without fuss.

Savills have managed my property for 10 years. I would like to thank Sarah Fernandes for her outstanding work -the management is now smooth and well organised and I appreciate her proactive role and timely responses.

I have been served by Cato Ng on Verdean in London for the past 3 years. He has provided excellent services to me during the period. In particular, he took initiative in helping me to get back the refund for my wrong payment to City Ciuncil for the Council tax. I am also particularly impressed by his attitude in helping his client. First class services
