Over the period that I have had Savills manage my flat in Sevenoaks, a young lady called Jaina Vekaria has been absolutely amazing.
She has consistently gone above and beyond whenever needed, always responding professionally, efficiently, and with genuine care and attention. Nothing has ever seemed too much trouble, and her support throughout has made a real difference.
Jaina is an absolute credit to Savills, and I simply wanted to pass on my sincere thanks and appreciation for all of her help and support.

Savills in Petworth,and David Vawdrey in particular, were brilliant in my recent house-house-selling experience. Always there for questions and updates and proactive in checking progress down the chain. All staff were courteous and friendly at all times, I would strongly recommend them , and thank David for his support.

I've had a great experience with Savill's Clerkenwell. The rental has been very good in general, and property management flawless. All the staff have been great, and my current property manager, George Pride, has been totally on top of things. All issues have been sorted quickly, professionally and without any hassle. Can highly recommend.

I found Tanika who works as Savilles to be friendly, professional and honest also which helped me to make informed decisions for viewings that she had also organised for myself to find a rental property. I found Tanika also took the time to answer any questions that I had as I had not rented for nearly 10 years and a lot had changed in that time and this was extremely helpful in my search of a property. Tanika was thorough in her approach when sharing potential properties with myself which gave me the confidence to find a rental property which ticked all the boxes that I wanted in my opinion. Savills have been managing my property whilst I’ve been working abroad for nearly 2 decades. I strongly recommend Savills for the consistent service they provide. Most recently Shan Elario has been my property manager. Shan is prompt and efficient responding to questions and queries, and effectively deals with any issues that arise. It gives me great peace of mind being able to trust Savills & Shan to look after my interests whilst I’m thousands of miles away in a completely different time zone.

Since Vivian Yip (MARLA Property Manager) being my property manger, she has all along tried her best to help me in the most efficient and effective way. Her responses and advices given to me are always clear, useful and up to point. It has saved me a lot of time and resources in resolving my problems, in particular I live overseas and am not familiar with the UK operation. Her assistances are valuable and is the best staff whom I come across in Savills. She is definitely a valuable asset to Savills and a role model for the colleagues to learn from. I trust she could have a bright future and she is the one whom Savills and her colleagues could always depend on.

Very disappointing experience with an agent at Savills.

Although a few suitable properties were suggested, the overall service lacked professionalism and basic respect. A viewing was cancelled with only two hours’ notice, which is unacceptable.

We had clearly stated multiple times that we have two dogs, yet this was ignored and later denied. This shows poor attention to detail and a lack of accountability.

Information provided was also inconsistent — we were told a property would not accept pets, while another agency confirmed that it would.

The tone of communication was dismissive and, at times, inappropriate. Overall, the experience felt disorganised and far below the standard expected from Savills.

Very disappointing experience with Savills Pakistan.
They have not cleared an outstanding payment to Sign 2000 Pakistan (Pvt) Ltd despite multiple reminders. All supporting documents are available.

This kind of behavior is highly unprofessional. Vendors should be cautious.

I have always found Savills service very good.
Shan Elario has been my go to manager for last couple of years. She always deals with any enquiries i have and deals with any problems quickly and efficiently

I have had Savills as my property manager for close to 9 years now and I must say I have had some exceptional agents covering my account - I want to particularly shout out Atticus Leung who has been incredibly helpful across a wide array of repairs/ replacements/ general Qs. The turnaround time is very efficient and all my questions are answered, the approvals from the landlady obtained and all the necessary works are initiated asap which minimises any inconveniences. We can’t always control other things going on in the apartment/ building/ residential area but having a helpful residential manager and agent helps a great deal.

Savills worked very hard to deliver the sale of our house in a slow market. They never gave up and were supportive and responsive throughout the process - from beginning to end.

Elliott Jones was very helpful. The information we required arrived quickly and his liaising with others in the team on our behalf was effective. He is also very nice to work with.

A personal bespoke service that matched the right buyers with the right seller. The level of care and support continued throughout the process until completion. I would strongly recommend Savills Clapham and Caroline Kennaway in particular as my selling agent.

Bailey was lovely to deal with and resolved all queries and issues quickly and smoothly. He was very professional, friendly and always helpful.

Chris and Emma at Savills Exeter have been great to deal with during our recent home relocation. They were professional, effective, reliable, clear, straight forward and efficient in everything they did but they were also friendly, thoughtful, responsive and really easy to work with. They were great at listening and understanding our situation as it evolved and changed and always ready to help with answers and suggestions when needed. Moving home can be a roller coaster of ups and downs but working with Chris and Emma and knowing we could rely on them to helpful and straight forward was a massive help and I am happy to be able to thoroughly recommend their services.

I have only good things to say about my experience taking my London property to the rental market late last year with Sandy and Felix and the continuing service from my property agent, Marc. Queries are responded to quickly, action taken swiftly on priorities and thoughtful guidance given on using suppliers. Savills really know what they're doing and I always feel like I'm in good hands.

I had no issue with them for 11 years of renting. So sadly, at the end they did ghost and kept my deposit without explanation.
This is a genuine review, I can provide any details.
