I received a call the same day as informing my insurance company. I have never made a claim before. The chap who was looking after me from SBS was there to help 100% of the way and the process was a pleasurable and professional experience.

My 100” TV got smashed while I was decorating my house. I put in an insurance claim and right from the start Amy did everything she could to expedite the claim. She got the whole thing sorted extremely quickly and to my complete satisfaction. The communication from her was excellent. This is an example of how things can and should be sorted. A really big thank you to Amy for all her help.

Excellent service from Owen at SBS
Owen was excellent throughout my claim. He was friendly, professional and genuinely took the time to understand the situation rather than simply treating it as another claim.
Communication was very good, and when there were questions around the appropriate replacement value, Owen listened to the information I provided and dealt with everything fairly. We ultimately reached a settlement that I was very happy with.
The whole process with SBS was straightforward and Owen made what could have been a stressful experience much easier. I really appreciated the way he handled the claim and wouldn't hesitate to recommend SBS based on my experience with him.

a couple of technical hiccups but otherwise very efficient service. Was directed by my insurer to SBS after submitting an accidental damage claim. Claim handler at SBS very efficient, friendly, helpful and claim promptly dealt with and settlement figure agreed to.

Kurt was very understanding and patint with mylack of Knowledge with modern technology, he talked me through it step by step and even when i couldn't do it he sorted my claim

2 days to settle claim, all done with 2 phone calls and uploading of photos, emails and quotes. Couldnt fault the service. Finalised by Paige today. Many thanks.

SBS handled part of my Insurance claim on behalf of Direct Line. As it was the first time I had ever claimed it was reassuring to have Rav deal with my case. He was very knowledgeable and courteous, guiding me through the various options in a professional manner until I was happy to proceed with the offer suggested.
