Hi there everyone my name is Rob I'm from Australia My wife who's currently in the Philippines she comes here to see me on a tourist visa we've been together now for 19 months and married 7 months.
Sometimes when she's home back in the Philippines I like to surprise her with different things and this time I chose This business is send flowers to Philippines what I found with this business was that the communication was excellent The quality of flowers and teddy bear that I I purchased and they sent for me was amazing the price was also reasonable pretty good price actually And the delivery time arrived on the same day as what I requested which is on Sunday.
I highly recommend this business send flowers to the Philippines for anyone outside of the living outside of the Philippines wanting to send their loved ones range of flowers, bears and I think I saw chocolate on the website but I didn't go with chocolate just the bear and the flowers I highly recommend 5 stars out of 5 stars thank you very much for your services really appreciate it

It was hard to hear back from customer service. Long delay times in their replies. Also, I asked for delivery before noon - flowers didn’t arrive until the evening. 😞

I do like this company...however my last order was promised for delivery on the 1st of July and she didn't receive it...so I am not happy.

The delivery was supposed to be delivered on Sunday, June 29th, between 8 am and 6 pm, but wasn’t delivered yet. I’ll give it one more day, and hopefully it gets there…

They never deliver on the time you can choose on their page. Usually its around 6 hours late. I order there 6 times, but never again. Their support is no good... and after investigating and comparing prices on their page with the prices directly in the flowerstores, you can see they earn same much as the poor flowershops...they add almost 50%. They also charge for shipping, wich is for them, not the store. Do not ever order from this page, do some effort and contact flowerstores directly instead.

I ordered the flowers to arrive on someone's birthday with a delivery date and time of 6/21 before 10am. I even included in the message that it's vital they arrive before 10am as the party will be leaving at 10am for an overnight stay. Not only did they not deliver at the scheduled time, but they would not honor my request to cancel the order and insisted on delivering them AFTER they received my request to cancel and refused to refund my payment. Plus they are nothing like the image they represented on their website!! They are not honorable and should not be in business!!

Paid for a birthday flower delivery on May 28th 2025 for a delivery date of June 7th Phillippine before 10.00am time . Flowers were never delivered and no one answers the customer service tel # in U.S., left voice mails and submitted 3 online inquiries for status update - only to be repeatedly told that it was " under investigation"! as of today June 9th flowers have not been delivered. asked for refund but no response to that. Highly unreliable, unresponsive and likely a scam service!
