Where to start? Flowers were not delivered on promise date; in fact, the flowers have never been delivered. I ordered Mother Day's flowers a week before Mother's Day. They still have not delivered and no call about a delay. Tried to get a hold of customer service and nothing. I tried to leave feedback, and it says I already left feedback. So, looks like I'm out 109 dollars. Would not recommend.

Unreliable service. This is the 2nd time my order wasn't delivered on a special occasion. I don't recommend using them. I'm not using them again.

My ordered Mothers' Day flowers were ordered early on 5 May 2025 to be delivered before 10am on 11 May 2025. Similar to other reviewers, embarrassingly my ordered flowers weren't delivered until approximately 8:35pm on a motorcycle unprotected from the Philippines' heat.
Consequently, the pink roses had brown petal tips and were very disappointing!
After sale service, to acknowledge this poor service, was also lacking!

the flower was not delivered on chosen time. Should be before 10am but the receiver was contacted by the delivery person at 4pm when she's already gone for a vacation for 2 days. No one is in the house anymore. The flower was not delivered.

You have never gotten my order on time in the last 3 years. I ordered flowers and candy to be delivered on the 8th before 10 AM. I specifically said in the comment section, please do not mess this up. AND YOU MESSED IT UP, YOU DELIVERED ON THE 9TH!!!! I WANT TO SCREAM, YOU SCREWED UP EVERY ORDER FOR THE LAST 3 YEARS.

The flowers were delivered on time as requested and Customer Service was able to change the message for me as I was unable to change it once the order was placed.

You can improve by communicating you can improve by being smart enough not to shit flowers in a box 3 or four days before there to arrive and have them in water when they arrive and use a local florist and stop cutting corners totally disgusted and so is the hotel staff I showed them the box of crap that you sent me the smell was putrid. It had been sitting somewhere in a box for many days beyond a joke.

Paid 70$ for 24 pink rose, they arrived dead and ugly, worst service ever for this price

I was worried about the flowers going to a small province town in the Philippines. They came from Manila which is 4 hours away. However, I was put to ease when delivery was on time and the arrangement, chocolates, and card, were received exactly as I had ordered. Beautiful arrangement!

Dodgy company. Paid $150 Aud to have guaranteed to delivery on a particular date to my partner in the Philippines. Flowers were running 4 days behind!!!!!
She had already left the country and was back in Australia. Also, the flowers never came. So they stole my money.
Beware!!!
