Shining Diamonds Reviews

We were assisted by Clarice when enquiring about purchasing diamonds earrings. Clarice was extremely helpful, we had a lesson in diamonds and what to look out for, she wasn't pushy to get a sale, and asked us what to look out for if we looked elsewhere.
After visiting a few other sellers, it was Clarice we wanted to give our business to. She was excellent start to finish, I highly recommend paying her a visit if you are looking to purchase diamonds.
Thanks Clarice, Great service

Charlie was very helpful and knowledgeable about the type of ring that I wanted, from the stone to the band and to the setting. He was extremely patient whilst I tried on many rings never making me feel it was a trouble. I would definitely recommend Shining Diamonds.

5* value and experience at Shining Diamonds. There was an excellent variety of jewellery at the Brighton store. The expert advice and friendliness of Charlie and Esther made the purchase of a gorgeous diamond tennis necklace a lovely experience - highly recommended

Great service

Charlie was incredibly professional from start to finish, he managed to source the most perfect piece & provided the highest level of customer service throughout.

We had the most amazing experience at Shining Diamonds in Brighton while searching for the perfect engagement ring. From the moment we walked in, Charlie made us feel welcome and truly listened to what I was looking for. They took the time to educate us about diamond quality, settings, and styles without ever making us feel pressured to buy.

The selection was stunning — every ring sparkled beautifully and so many choices.
I ended up choosing a beautiful design which was bespoke made , and Charlie guided me through every step of the process keeping me updated at every stage. When I finally saw the finished ring, it exceeded every expectation — absolutely breathtaking!

Eleanor at Shining Diamonds was amazing and made the whole experience a very lovely and personal one. I can’t recommend them enough and will be back to purchase our wedding bands. A massive thank you

Charlie and the team at shining diamonds made the whole experience stress free and personable from the very start.

Everything was explained clearly to me to help me make the right decision with extremely fast responses to every question I had.

The ring turned out perfectly and my partner could not be happier with the design and the shine that it gives!

We bought both my engagement ring and our wedding rings here and had such a great experience. Holly was amazing - super friendly, helpful, and really knew her stuff. She made the whole process so easy and enjoyable, and we never felt rushed or pressured at all.
We’re absolutely in love with our rings and couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. Big thanks to Holly and the team for making it all feel so special. We’d definitely come back in the future if we need anything else!

Thank you so much to Charlie from the Brighton branch. A fantastic service and experience purchasing an engagement ring - I knew nothing about rings and Charlie was patient with me taking me through every step.

Shining Diamonds are very professional and made me feel totally at ease when choosing a diamond engagement ring for my partner. Joby, (Brighton store) in particular was very knowledgeable and helpful during the process, he listened to my requests and guided me through the whole process. A highly reputable company that made the special occasion very seamless and enjoyable. Thanks again to Joby and the team in Brighton / Hatton garden.

Love the ring! Joby was very helpful!

Clarise was great and gave us a warm welcome. She was very patient with our requests and we love the ring we received. Thanks

Tara is 5 star!
Tara is very knowledgeable and welcoming. She was quickly able to find a quality diamond and band within our broad price point, patiently helping us narrow in on what we wanted. She was able to handle all questions and made suggestions about the best quality diamonds. I strongly recommend both her and Shining Diamonds. Also, once she knew our delivery timeline, her and the workshop team were able to pull through to deliver it timely and with the ring looking amazing.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Esther was able to provide guidance and we are very pleased with our purchase. We will definitely return when we are in the market for another piece.

A fantastic experience. The team worked with me every step of the way to design and produce a custom ring for me, recommending cut, shape, and design, whilst allowing me to realise my vision. Charlie in Brighton was super helpful and kept me up to speed as it was being made, and Clarisse in London was very helpful for collection, and Esther in the office also ensured I could get the ring when I wanted.

We returned to make another purchase from Shining Diamonds as they always offer excellent service and value. Once again they did not disappoint, creating a beautiful custom made piece for us which exceeded our expectations. Eleanor was fantastic - thank you for your help.

I cannot recommend Shinning Diamonds more! I had no idea about engagement rings, the process or timescale for making a custom ring.

I walked up and down Hatton Gardens looking in windows, the only shop that saw me looking and and asked if I needed assistance was Shinning Diamonds.

Eleanor came out and asked if I needed any help and I was very happy she did! We went inside and looked at designs, the process and I was took through diamond gradings in a very informative manner by Eleanor showing me examples of different diamonds as well so I could see in person.

I had a tight deadline for the ring to be made before my holiday which was met and during the process communication was second to none.

If you are in need of an engagement ring I would strongly suggest going to Shinning diamonds!
