I went to shinning Diamond to find a engagement ring.. Urvi was amazing and helped me design the rings kept in contact with me while it was made.
Highly recommend shinning diamond and Urvi .great service

Unreal experience from start to finish, first time buying an engagement ring, Juliane in particular helped with all my questions even if I did ask the same thing a few times just to be sure! Would highly recommend, the ring its self was unreal exactly what I wanted and asked for! 10/10 all round

I visited the store in Birmingham’s Jewellery Quarter with the idea of finding something platinum to buy my wife.
I wasn’t really sure what I wanted, but the team were great. Really helpful, patient and friendly.
Chanelle in particular was fantastic!

Urvi, one of the workers, delivered exceptional customer service to me. She responded to my messages very quickly, leaving me feeling satisfied and she even re assured me by letting me know that I can message whenever I want! I would definitely recommend Shining Diamonds for their high standards and great quality!!!

I first visited Shining Diamonds in Brighton in early June to look at engagement ring options. I already had a pretty good idea of what I wanted, but Joby took the time to talk me through my options and answer all of my questions.

The whole experience was incredibly easy and completely pressure free.

I decided on the components for a custom ring during that first appointment, and I was able to collect the finished ring less than five weeks later.

I’m really happy with the service I received, and a big thank you to Joby for all his help throughout the process. I’d happily recommend Shining Diamonds to anyone looking for an engagement ring.

And, most importantly, my now fiancée loves the ring and would definitely recommend the store too!

The service was so good from Charlie when I chose my engagement ring that we went back for my wedding ring. Charlie took ages and was very patient when I tried so many rings on, advising on styles that would complement my engagement ring. Helpful, knowledgeable , friendly, fantastic cutomer service during both visits and communication in between times too.

Big thank you to Shining Diamonds and a huge thank you to Charlie in Brighton for helping me with buying an engagement ring. Gave me plenty of advice, was patient and has been super helpful throughout. Has also helped tremendously with the resizing! Highly recommend!

Excellent experience with my recent purchase. Joby was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, from the initial consultation right through to the final purchase. He was knowledgeable, professional, and always quick to respond whenever I had any questions. Highly recommend!

A fantastic experience at Shining Diamonds with chanelle who was really helpful with great customer service. Made the experience of buying an engagement ring all the better who also got us a great deal off the price. Lovely store with great staff I would highly recommend!

We were recommended this store by a lady I sat next to on a flight back home from New York this May (where we got engaged). I noticed her engagement and wedding rings and commented on how lovely they were and that I'd like something similar. She gave a glowing recommendation and I have to say that I wholeheartedly agree with her - the service we have received from Julianne has been first class. Looking forward to picking up our weddings bands at the end of August.

Lee B. Is very professional and assisted me with the purchase of a necklace

Polite, friendly and knowledgeable.

Clarice at Shining Diamonds was absolutely fantastic. I visited close to closing time, but she never made me feel rushed and was incredibly patient throughout. She showed me lots of beautiful eternity ring options, helped me narrow them down, and gave honest, knowledgeable advice about what would work best with my engagement and wedding rings. Even though I changed my mind what felt like a hundred times, she was always kind, friendly and happy to help. Thanks to her, I found the perfect eternity ring. I couldn’t recommend Clarice and Shining Diamonds more highly!

Joby was very helpful and attentive, he was very informative about the diamond. Would definitely recommend this store.

We made an appointment with Shining Diamonds in Brighton as we wanted to find an eternity ring to celebrate our wedding anniversary.

We are very happy with the service we have received so far.

Urvi was incredibly helpful from the moment I placed my order until it arrived. She guided me in choosing the perfect ring, secured a good discount, and kept me informed throughout the process. I’m very impressed with her excellent service.

Urvi was amazing at helping me choose the best ring for my partner at a great price and quality. 10/10 service and communication too!!!

I've worked with Charlie, who provided such great service from start to finish. I discovered a missing diamond in my engagement ring and he handled the situation with the utmost care, ensuring it was promptly and flawlessly fixed. Beyond that he was patient with me while he helped me design my wedding band to match my engagement ring. At no time did i ever feel pressured, the entire experience was seamless and stress-free, and I couldn't be happier with how beautifully everything turned out!
